I've had a few good experiences here in the past when getting a pedicure only but this time it was an awful experience. I didn't get what I was charged for and I wasn't treated kindly. I requested my finger nails to be painted with regular polish and she talked me into a gel manicure. She didn't give me a manicure though and only painted my nails they look very sloppy. The pedicure was okay but it was rushed and my toenails were messed up as well. The lady told me I was done before I could even get my shoes on she had her hand out for payment. I went to walk towards the front to pay and she blocked the walk way with her hand out again. I handed her my card. I don't like how she was treating me as if she thought I was not going to pay. It was uncomfortable and made me anxious. I paid 115 dollars for a regular pedicure and my nails just painted. That is way too expensive for what I received and the way I was treated. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with how many people were in the nail salon. I thought for sure I would be there for hours; but to get a gel mani and pedi French tip nails, the price was unbeatable!!! While they were very busy, they were able to seat me in a pedicure chair within 10 mins of waiting. I did sit in the pedicure chair for about 20 mins or so; but I got to enjoy the massage chair on my back, which felt amazing. Cookie finally came and saw me for my pedicure. She profusely apologized for having me sit there so long, to which I responded it was no problem and I understand being busy. She was able to finish my French Tip gel pedi quicker than I've ever seen done, and still do an absolutely fabulous job! Due to being pregnant with twins, I had a hard time bending over to put my socks and shoes on; and without a second thought, she immediately helped me. Her joyous spirit and positive attitude will definitely have me returning. I sat in the chair for a manicure about 10 minutes before De came and helped me. Told her I wanted a French tip gel manicure and she completely my nails so quickly. While I understood they were busy, she didn't really fix my cuticles much but instead just concentrated on the painting of my nails. Other than that, for the price ($70 total for mani and pedi gel French tip), swiftness and that my nails don't look too bad, I call this a successful trip and I will be willing to come back next time I'm in town!! read more

Paid 60.00 and waited 2 hours to get nails done. Two days after, the gel chipped and peeled off. I called and explained, they said for me to come in and they will fix. I waited for 20 mins and it didn't look like I was going to get the fix soon, so I left. And after a week my other nails are chipping And growing from the cuticle o ky after one week. PS I don't work hard with my hands my manicures lasts at least a month or more. read more

$30 for gel french tip fill-ins. Not including tip. They very smartly have you pay BEFORE doing your nails. I appreciated that touch. Service was fine, I had 2 different technicians. One lady just had me soak my nails in something that smelled kinda chemically, burned a tiny bit, and she drilled off the old gel. A fun charming gentleman finished my nails, filing & polish. He asked me if I preferred to have my natural nails trimmed. I'm not used to getting my nails done, so I'm always amazed at how fast it can be done. Also - the blacklight (or whatever drys the gel) kind of also tingled, but I suppose that's normal. You do have to scoot your hand all the way in that blacklight machine, because that kicks it on. All in all, so much cheaper than the first time I got gel french tips. read more

The little man that did my nails purposedly attempted to provoke me but didn't possess the power necessary to. Napolean also thought he was also trying to make a play at me which is laughable. I don't ever plan on returning because of the ignorance and unprofessionalism was palpable. read more

I spent about 3 hours in the salon. 2 of which were waiting to get attended to. I got gel on my toes & powder on my natural nails. The job was super rushed & messy. The powder was unevenly done & my nails still have a gritty feeling where it was not filed down & the top coat wasn't properly applied. read more

My sister and I went here for pedicures. We were both happy with the service. They used sanitized tools and liners in the spa baths. This was our first pedicure in Kentucky and we were both surprised by the very reasonable cost of a deluxe pedicure. I have an ingrown nail and it was taken care of without my even asking.
