My partner just paid 7.50 for a small drip coffee. Not only was that not even close to what he ordered, they insisted that it was and that it was the correct price. The wait is long, the servers want you to know you are not worth their time, and the cafe items are high priced and mid-ling quality.

I'm basing this review on several visits. After a whole summer of wrong orders, I gave up and stopped going to Tim Hortons. My orders weren't anything complicated. It was a simply a small tea with nothing in it. I really don't like to write negative reviews, but sometimes constructive criticism is needed. Again, the food and beverages are fine in a pinch and it's convenient for people who are on the move. Overall, the place itself is clean and well kept. I just couldn't get a plain cup of tea!
