I was eager to get going with an attorney and you were the first to respond and say that you could help whereas other attorneys were hesitant to work in Euless but open and waiting for my response. So I wanted to connect with you because you were first and because time is of the essence. I think I spoke with someone at your office twice and the second time she took detailed information and said she was going to call each of the cities and get back to me and then when I didn't hear back I called and followed up and no one ever called back. I used the Yelp feature where it's going to send it out to other providers as well but I specifically requested it from you first. So to accept online and then to go further and have a conversation with me and then not return my calls, not only leaves me waiting but it also leaves the other attorneys waiting because I'm not sure what's going on if you're taking it or not. And since you haven't even called me back since Tuesday and it's now Friday I'm not really sure what your argument is. Hence this review. They responded and said that they were happy to help me and then when I gave them information that was in the original inquiry about the two cities I have expired registration tickets out of they never got back to me even though I left several messages.

I called Gioffredi & Associates prior to court date on ticket, filled out a couple forms that were emailed to me and emailed them back, paid $50 and they emailed me back with a court date and instructions. Arrived at 830am court and waited in the court room seating about 60 minutes for my lawyer to work their magic. When the associate from the firm approached me they provided me with clear instructions and were able to quickly reduce my fine and send me along my way. I was back at work downtown by 10am. HIGH ALERT Update:…read moreMy insurance company reviewed my records and identified a traffic ticket that Shawn Storey was supposed to dismiss. However, the ticket was not dismissed as promised. I was initially confused, and when I contacted my insurance, they advised me to check with LexisNexis for legal records. Upon doing so, I confirmed that it was the same unresolved ticket. As a result, my insurance premiums have increased by $120 per month, a rate that will remain for the next 5 to 7 years. This amounts to an additional $1440 annually and a total of $7200 over five years. Shawn Storey failed to perform the required legal work, and in a struggling economy, I am burdened with an extra $120 each month. I advise others to steer clear of attorneys who make false promises regarding dismissals or legal outcomes. I plan to contact him again to discuss this matter and seek a resolution. Update: Despite multiple attempts, he has not returned my phone calls as we speak.

I sent Shawn pictures showing that the intersection is marked. Shawn was able to present the information to the Garland prosecutor who then filed a motion to dismiss based on 'Complaint Error'.
