Still waiting to see if they get back to me after the holiday holidays personal on the phone was super nice

Don't bother with these people. I had a harassment case, and a paralegal took down my info about my case. They set up an appointment, then they texted me saying that the lawyers could not take on my case a few days later. Appt. was cancelled. It seems they will only take on large $$$ cases , typical lawyers :/ read more

I worked 20 years with my employer. I got injured and suffered from medical issues, I was treated differently and then got fired immediately (wrongful termination)after coming back from a leave of absence.  It's been a very stressful few years going through the process. But I was in good hands with Levon and his team at Shegerian Conniff My experience with Levon was excellent. I was pleased with the results in my case. It was a pleasure working with his team knowing they had my back. They were very strategic in detailed documentation making sure that deadlines were met, especially when they needed discovery or info from me . If I didn't understand something, a quick email or text message and was always followed up within a 24 hr period. In August 2025, at 70 years old, after six years at my job and a 40‑year career in nonprofit marketing, I was suddenly and unfairly terminated despite stellar reviews. I was escorted out within an hour, a traumatic and humiliating experience unlike any prior layoff in my career. A friend recommended Shegerian Conniff, and from my first call with Kayla I felt calm, supported, and truly heard. She reviewed my timeline and interviewed me with compassion and expertise, immediately recognized the strength of my case, and developed a clear strategy. Levon negotiated fiercely on my behalf, always keeping me informed and respecting my perspective. Their professionalism, kindness, and skill led to an outcome far better than I expected. My experience with Shegerian Conniff was exceptional from start to finish. read more

She always responded quickly and thoughtfully, and I knew she was in my corner every step of the way. I also want to recognize the entire office and support staff at Shegerian Conniff LLP. Cecilia was a pleasure to work with. I had recently been let go at my job for no apparent reason other than that I was an older woman. I was then replaced by a younger male employee less than a week afterwards who was a friend of the manager. She had a lot of experience with these types of cases and knew exactly how to help. If you have tried working with other lawyers and thought about giving up the search, call her she is amazing. read more

I had the pleasure of being represented by Isabella Desisto and could not have asked for a better lawyer. From the start of my case until the very end, Isabella went above and beyond in every aspect of her duties. If I was worried, stressed, or confused about something (which happened a lot because prior to this case I had zero experience with the litigation process) she was always patient and willing to give whatever amount of time I needed to completely understand. She never wanted me to sign or do anything without fully knowing what I was getting into and I completely respect and appreciate that. Every time I spoke of the situation that inspired the case she was always empathetic while still maintaining a sense of professionalism that managed to keep me stable and capable of maintaining the composure necessary to get through the toughest parts of the process. All in all, very happy with my experience with her. As daunting as it is, she made the litigation process easily digestible for a layman like myself and I believe that's an important factor to consider when interacting with any professional that holds a significant part of your future in their hands. read more

My experience with Shegerian Connif LLP was nothing but pleasant. I was sexually harassed by my previous supervisor and had to quit because no one did anything about it. I spoke to many managers, higher ups, and multiple people in HR and encountered zero solutions. After looking at several firms, I found this women owned firm and felt comfortable enough to share my story with them. I was glad they took my case and Levon Derkalousdian was very helpful from the beginning. This was my first experience with a lawsuit and he explained everything clearly. When sharing my story, I felt supported and heard for the first time in a long time. He ensured to get all the details for my case, communicated if there were any confusions or updates, and answered any and all questions I had. You would think they would be understanding and not take advantage and mistreat clients who are already traumatized. Unfortunately at the end of the day, you are nothing to them but a cash cow. Pros: "Women representing women" (Although you are forced to communicate only with Levon, who is apathetic at best and belittling at worst) Cons: Poor communication Levon asks the same questions over and over, and generally seems completely disorganized (late to scheduled phone calls, forgets to respond, forgets to follow up as promised...) Completely unreceptive to any concerns expressed (will just flat out ignore you) Ignores you for multiple days, if not weeks They also seem to forget your actual case details every time you speak with them read more

DONT BE MISLEADED by the 5 star reviews of this place, I doubt the reviews are genuine. I contacted this place looking at the reviews, they said they will get back to me within 4-7 days but it's been 3 weeks now and they haven't even bothered to contact me once regarding my case. Also heads up, they ask you your salary package as one of their initial questionnaires and I assume they take cases only of people making enormous money or of a financial package of a director level employee. Do not waste your time with these money minded careless organisation. Very disappointed read more
