Well I would of been happy to be one of these people in the other reviews but unfortunately I am…read morenot cause it's been over 2 years now from the time I signed with WCTL and they have not been keeping up with what is going on in my case and giving me the run around asking me to get all the medical info and I gave them the info they needed to in order to get all my proper info they also did not help me file for disability I looked up my case on line and there was very Lil filled on my behalf I didn't seam to find any documents that showed any hospital or medical treatments from the day I got attacked or even a spot reserve for any type of pics so the courts know I am actually suing for what the owner of the 2 pit bulls did to me from walking on a public sidewalk less then a block from my home and now that I ask for the flies on my case and the verification of everything being filled they won't respond to my email they told me Friday that they would send it on Tuesday it's Tuesday I contacted them and they said by 2pm I should have it well I contacted them at around 230 or later and asked where my files were and no response I sent 2 more messages after that one and still no response. Now they have wasted my time giving me the run around and I can only file within the first 2 years and it's past that now I am stuck with ptsd am scared to go on a walk with my kids or to the store while the owner of the dogs got 2 more dogs to mistreat and they have even threatened me with no care or concern for any consequences to his neglect for his actions with how him and his friends act tords me .I should of went to one of the attorneys from the tv commercials or radio station commercials but I trusted Google when I searched up lawyers and they popped up I figured Google wouldn't steer me wrong but I was wrong

At about this time last year, my fiancee and I were in an auto accident coming back from a friend's holiday party. I was driving and there weren't that many other people on the road close to Diamond Bar. What wound up happening was a mistake by another car that didn't see me. I went around a white Dodge truck and went to merge back into the lane I had just left. There was a grey Cadillac in the adjacent lane that hadn't moved. As soon as I merged back, the other car started to merge too. They couldn't see me because I was likely in their blind spot, but the driver merged without any blinker or signal. I tried to get out of the way but I couldn't and crashed into me. I lost control of my car and wound up hitting the guardrail. From the impact of the accident, I was left with a broken collarbone, dislocated shoulder, and a lingering headache that later turned out to be a mild concussion. The damage was too much to deal with immediately afterward, since it hurt to breathe and I could only effectively move my left arm at the time. An ambulance came and took me to the hospital in Pomona where they put my shoulder back in its socket, repaired my collarbone, and gave me a lot of pain meds. My fiancee only had cuts and bruises, thankfully, and she walked away without any real physical damage or lingering injuries. It took time, but I knew I needed to lawyer up for this. I knew the cost of the treatment was going to be expensive, so I looked for a car accident attorney in the Los Angeles area and came upon Daniel and the Law Group through a friend of mine. He was very helpful in everything he did. One of the first things he said to me was that he promised he would bring me everything I needed, and he meant it. He always kept me updated on the progress of the case and he didn't make any decisions without informing me first. I fid not realize how horribly I had been treated until I finally found a helpful law firm. Second chances started from the very beginning. I stressed I preferred to stay away from a "Case Mill" (somewhere where I'm a number and they have a huge amount of cases which they handle in bulk). I also stressed I wanted a firm in my area so I wouldn't have to travel for doctor visits or in case I had to go into the office for various reasons. I informed the person who did my intake I needed to be able to get in contact with either the attorney or their assistant for any additional issues. My first visit was in another county which I was assured it was a one time event and my attorney would be in Riverside. I was also given a cell phone number of someone I could contact any time. I NEVER could get ahold of anyone. When I finally received a response text, I was sent the WRONG information. My attorney ultimately transferred to San Diego. I also ultimately found out that NOTHING was done on my case in a YEAR! A year later my new attorney filed with the WC Board immediately. Something simple which should have been done immediately which was NEVER done. This firm has too many cases. Horrible, horrible service. Please think twice before using this firm…read more I ultimately had to fire this firm and hire another attorney, which cost me even more money. I also lost money from the original firm because they only agreed to provide a partial refund. My biggest issue was the lack of communication and access to an actual attorney. Throughout most of my case, I was dealing with a case manager rather than an attorney. If I had questions about my case, I had to go through the case manager, and getting answers was extremely frustrating. I was told that I would have an opportunity to speak with an attorney, but I never felt like I had meaningful access to one until right before my court date. The attorney assigned to my case was also extremely disappointing in my experience. After my case had already been open for approximately three months, I did not feel that the attorney was prepared, professional, or sufficiently familiar with the details of my case. I could not see myself confidently going to court with someone I felt was not prepared to represent me. Another concern is that they work with a large network of attorneys, so you don't necessarily know who will ultimately be assigned to your case. In my experience, it felt like I was assigned an attorney at random, and there was very little consistency or personal attention. I also found some of the staff interactions to be unprofessional. Instead of being able to communicate directly with an attorney handling my case, I was repeatedly passed between case managers and office managers. After everything I experienced, I decided it was in my best interest to move on and hire a different attorney. Unfortunately, that meant paying another attorney while also losing part of what I had already paid this firm. My advice: do your research and ask very specific questions about who will actually handle your case, how often you can speak directly with your attorney, and what happens if you're unhappy with the attorney assigned to you.
