This store used to have the friendliest staff and was the cleanest around and the last couple months it has gone down hill. I noticed the One guy that used to clean up everything and was very friendly and kept that store in tiptop shape is no longer there. The store now has dirty floors, dirty soda machines and no one greets you anymore. Bathrooms are dirty, not one employee talks to you, cream is bad for coffee. You now stopped brewing your fresh ice tea and replaced it with manufactured tea that taste terrible. With all the new stores opening do you think that the store would want to keep its customers but obviously it does not. read more

Be sure to double, triple check your food. Other than wrong orders, the food is absolutely horrible. Warm at best with multiple cold spots throughout the food. Definitely one of the worst snacks/meals I've ever had in Pitt County. Bland, or too salty, meat was rubberized, mac and cheese bites were COLD with an expired cheesy taste, and the only thing that actually gave me any form of fulfillment was the Curly Fries. There was about 8-curly fries in the "CUP" of overflowing fries on the App Order (extremely deceiving) This place is absolute Garbage and I had way better chances of fulfillment if I just went straight home and went to bed. Something Sheetz prides themself in is having a well lit station and fresh Made-To-Order food. It pleases me to say that this particular location did well in both categories. This visit occurred in the evening on a Wednesday night. There wasn't a terribly long wait for the food given the order size (two sets of hotdogs and a side, one for my wife and one for I, about 10 minutes). The associates were professional, no real noteworthy interaction to report. The bathroom was clean, and the store was clean as well. The food we ordered was made as requested (I got a bit carried away with my toppings so I'll save you having to see that photo). If you're in the area and need a quick pit stop for food and petrol as some would say, I think you'll be adequately pleased with this location. read more

We were on our way home back to Virginia and needed some gas, snacks, and a bathroom break. I saw Sheetz on the same side of the road so we stopped in. This place is the equivalent to our Wawa back home. They have clean bathrooms, made to order food, coffee (with all the creams and sugars), all types of snacks, ice cream in the dispenser (with toppings), and very friendly service. We came out with random snacks, an empty bladder, and a full tank of gas. I am very impressed and find myself wishing they'd open one near my house. This place will be our next "pit stop" when coming to visit my daughter in college from now on! read more

About the only place I get gas. Always has either the lowest or close to lowest cost in town with sheets card. Ate there once and had a burger. It was really good for a gas station! The food is a bit pricey for me, so I'd not go there for that unless I was craving it - rarity. read more
