The first time we ever experienced this Rutter's it was back in March on the way to Gettysburg. We've stopped two more times since then and the price is usually higher than what I pay locally at home so blech on this one. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No, everything was nice and gas station clean! Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? Check, as the off/on Route 15 isn't bad at all. Human intervention needed? No!!! Three star gas station bliss almost a no on this one but what the hell, yep!

We have found there is one employee in particular who is very rude giving you your food every time. Have been served raw chicken before and had to go back, no rhyme or reason how many potato wedges they put in the box. Sometimes can't park because people use their customer parking spaces for other things. Every parking stall in front and on sides taken up so I assumed it would be busy, walked in and ONLY ONE other customer in the store. They need to enforce their NO PARKING AND NO SMOKING BETTER. Only thing I did like is the location!

Being a Sheetz "My Card" holder, I headed to this store for gas. I was 30 ft. away from the pump when the car just stopped. Could not restart or shift into Neutral to push to the pump island. A Sheetz employee named Jacob came out to help me. He spent at least 10 minutes trying to help me by googling the procedure to get the vehicle into the Neutral position to no avail. I finally decided to purchase a small gas can and a gallon of gas. Jacob assisted me with getting the gas into the tank. The car started and I filled it up at the pump. Spending my whole career in Customer Service, I was very impressed by the manner in which Jacob handled himself. He was very polite, patient and professional. Sheetz should be very proud to have someone like this representing their company. Patrick G.

There's pretty much everything you want, although not necessarily need!…read moreThis was a pleasant shopping experience, although a weekday would have been preferable to a Saturday at noon. What i specifically came for was reading glasses which were present immediately on the right upon entrance. They had a decent assortment as well as blue block reading glasses which were 2 for $19.99 whereas the non blue blocker readers were 3 for $19.99. I was disappointed that you couod no longer try on a pair but rather had to utilize a reading chart which was suboptimal. Anyway, I did not come with a shopping list, thus purchasd significantly more of everything than I absolutely needed. Im impressed by the variety of things for sale there including a pharmacy for prescription medications as well as an optician. Im not sure if there was a rhyme or reason to their displays since I saw floor mats immediately adjacent to envelopes, although perhaps i was visiting their miscellaneous aile. $390 or so dollars later, I packed up my vehicle and returned home. I wish that there was a Sam's Club in my town of Gettysburg which does have an old Walmart which is in the process of a refresh. Anyway, a more than decent experience today save for the crowded ailes!
