Every sheetz that I've ever visited has very clean restrooms. The coffee is always fresh. And the snacks and or food is well prepared.

This place sucked they forgot my Curley fries, charged for an extra grilled cheese but did not give it to me and had us pay for another one because they messed up, messed up all the orders and I'm so disappointed the people working looked like they hate their life and they need to fix that. This was by far the worst Sheetz experience I've ever had... Came in with my boyfriend to get MTO food and a pint of ice cream. There was no ice cream section, only an empty ice cream treats cooler. Ok fine.. We place our food order at 12:48am, head to the register, and are only told AFTER completing the transaction that the order would take 25-30 minutes. Never in my life have I had to wait 30 minutes for Sheetz food. The restaurant I work at- where I'd just come from- had only 3 cooks and a FULL bar AND restaurant plus a private party of 20+ people, and all my guests still got served faster than I was tonight at Sheetz while waiting to finally eat after a long grueling shift on a broken foot.. as you can imagine, I was not happy. No one was. The warehouse worker waiting to my left had been waiting for FORTY MINUTES. I can understand that they were short staffed, having only 3 employees working, but it would have been helpful for all involved if a sign had been placed by the MTO screens notifying guests of the wait time. Many guests would've probably opted to not order at all- myself included- therefore making less for the employees to cook. At 1:08, my boyfriend and I decide that we no longer want to wait this long for 3 small fried apps, and we wait in line again to obtain a refund. Paige, the employee at the register, was clearly irritated with her while a** life at this point. Instead of just issuing the refund, she goes to check on the progress of our order, and comes back to let us know its in the finishing stages, all with much more attitude than anyone working in customer service should have. We begrudgingly go back to wait some more for our food, since it was clear Paige did not feel like dealing with the refund request... We wait for about 8 more minutes, watch 2 or 3 more orders go out, then finally got our food at 1:19. At least another dozen people placed more food orders while we waited, many whom I'm sure were equally as displeased to find that they had just placed an order that could take 30+ minutes. The same exact circumstances (understaffing, busier than normal) could've been handled with better communication and more personable employees, and I wouldn't be writing this review. Unfortunately, no action was taken to prior warn people of longer than normal wait times, and Paige left me with the impression that she should probably go find a job that involves zero interaction with other humans. read more

The lady that was working cashier 7/15 at 1:40pm is always rude and nasty every single time I come in there. Demanding, short, this time she knowingly almost made me pay double for something that someone could get with the Sheetz card half off. She should be suggesting the discount card instead of overcharging people with an attitude. It's debatable but I will probably never come back here just because of this lady. read more

I love this place... I'm a travel nurse from Alaska ...I eat here damn near everyday. Ordering on the app is a breeze and the coffee club for 9.99 is amazing I've saved a ton on drinks and will until I leave this are. Thank for the great service and food. read more

The shift manager who works late night at this location is a putrid eggplant, if you know what I'm saying. Or so says my friend. Sheetz, in general, is s revelation. I've crossed the country a couple times and it's always a relief to find a sheetz- clean bathrooms, decent grub, and gas pumps that work. Rock on!!! read more

I was walking my dog looking to buy new sheets for my bed and saw Sheetz. I walked in but saw no sheets for beds. But I saw food. and food is food so I ordered a big fat greasy burger with crusty dusty musty lucky greasy fries. So I walked into the beer cave and so a guy laying on the floor with crock slippers and toes out. To which I replied put them dogs away. then he lifted up his toes and sang a song to which my dog bit his toes off and gobbled them up. then they called my food number and I got my food. I opened the rapper and saw the wrong food so I took a bit of it and gave it back to them. the gave me my big fat juice burger and greasy fries. and then my dog to a big fat lump on the table so I rushed her to the men's urinal and she took a big fat greasy dump. then I left to find a sheets store to get new sheets for my bed. read more

My partner and I came to the sheetz in lancaster on Manheim pike, and as my partner was exiting the bathroom, he overheard an employee make a racist remark about him. This made him extremely uncomfortable and this person is lucky I didn't catch their name and ream them out in front of all of their coworkers. The comment was tasteless, let alone during black history month. Don't give this sheetz your money. read more

Great place for late night food.

The slushies are abundant and overall, it is a great convent store/gas station. It is clean and the service was quick. I highly recommend this gas station if you're in need for cheap and huge fountain/slushie drinks while being on the road for a long while. The food is amazing as well. I must say that this is my favorite gas station chain. read more

I stopped by to pick up breakfast 25 minutes before a 10:00am meeting. For some reason the lovely employees behind the food counter passed over my order. I was not a happy camper seeing that this was making me late for my meeting. The girl did apologize and give me a free MTO coupon. It was a nice gesture and she was sincere in her apology. I came here only for the cheap gas but this is a decent Sheetz store with a broad selection of snacks, beverages, and made-to-order food.

Sheetz is always my spot... typically. Maybe it was a bad day for the sales assistant at check out ... Victoria was rude, never looked up, just gazed out the window and could not be bothered as she checked me out. Fortunately there are plenty of other locations who are always pleasant. read more

If I could give this negative stars I would. I was expecting more out of this sheets. But to my dismay I received a hockey puck between bread with an egg sliver from the janitors closet. The coffee was especially disappointing. They said that this was the best coffee over ice. It's more of a toilet cleaner at best. This coffee was disgusting and tasted like jizz. Just extremely unprofessional to not follow the picture on the screen. They show you a selection of sandwiches normal size, whilst their actual sandwich size is the the length of my pinkie. get it together homie. read more

I received the worst possible service at the Sheetz and will never go back I ordered a simple steak quesadilla with just shredded cheese only those simple two ingredients I waited over 20 minutes and received over cooked bread with meat in the middle and one of my slices had literally no meat in it and there was no shredded cheese anywhere to be found when I went back to let them know that they had messed up they told me they hadn't even though I clearly had the receipt that tells them that they did I told them they were goofing around because I can hear them laughing and goofing off for 20 minutes of me waiting and the proof is in the food but they denied it and then continue to talk about me with their co-workers while I was in the store I will continue to put terrible reviews for this Sheetz on all social media and I will never come back here again let alone let anybody think that this is a good store this is the worst customer service I've ever witnessed to be made fun of in a public store because they messed up I will tell anybody that can listen to never go to the store and about the terrible experience that I had here read more
