As you can see, from my last review. I didn't get too far. To be clear, this was on purpose. I had no idea when I would be back in this area and I wanted to make this stop. I honestly like the location of this one. At a 't' intersection, this makes for great access to the lot. If you happen to be coming down this intersection with Sheetz right in front of you, after waiting for the light, you can just pull right in. I made it a point to grab an item here as well, to get the experience. I parked, went inside, looked at the snacks and made a selection. This was my first experience at a Sheetz. I stopped here for gasoline and decided to checkout the store. It was messy. I noticed the 99 cent ice cup special, but the ice cream machine was out of service. Basically, Sheetz appears similar to Wawa but with more hot dishes, but not as nice. read more

Service was very slow. Had to shut my car off 3 times in the drive thru to save gas. About 40 minutes from the time I ordered till I got the mozzarella sticks. The food was good, but not as warm and crispy as I would prefer. This is to be expected with COVID-19 hardships. read more

I wish I could give zero stars for how many times this Sheetz location has royally screwed up. I'm from Winchester, but I stay in King George often. This location is 2 miles from my boyfriend's house, but it's worth it to drive the extra 20/25 minutes to the other location. Every. Single. Time I order from here, whether online or in store, they can't get it right. Sometimes it's missing items, sometimes it's ignoring a fully ready to go order sitting on the counter directly behind the pick up window for AN ENTIRE HOUR while avoiding my attempts to get their attention to ask if it was my order. It was. I finally was irritated enough to get loud enough for the guy to roll his eyes and ask what I want. No apology. No fixing the coffee or food order that was now cold. Nothing I've ever bought from this location that was touched by an employee has EVER been correct. I'm very patient, I've worked in preschools for years, and I always come in hopeful, only to be severely disappointed. The manager here also gets an attitude when asked where the drinks are from an online order. "You can go get them from the fridge. I don't feel like it." Sheetz food is surprisingly good, and they are fast! I love their salads...They have loads of options for things to put on. Their subs are great, and so are their onion rings! Whenever we need to grab something quick, Sheetz is a good option! read more

I'm done giving this place chances. I LOVE Sheetz, but this particular one is so substandard I would go out of my way to eat elsewhere. They consistently take much longer than every other Sheetz I have been to, and will regularly get orders wrong. I've been given a breakfast chicken flatbread that they *forgot to put chicken on*. Never ask for lite cream in a cold brew coffee- it will come out as a pure white milkshake of cream. I've ordered the deluxe tacos, and given three shells with only beef. These are just a few of many frustrating examples, which are exacerbated by the unreasonable wait times. I have no idea how they can take so long only to forget everything. Ordered food and then proceeded to wait over an hour to receive it. Their excuse was being short on staff which is a poor excuse for a place like this. Workers were not wearing gloves and the building had messes and items miss matched all around the store. 2 Simple appetizer plater took over an hour. Worker was also complaining about waiting and wanting to go home while on the clock while other people were still waiting. If I could give this place no stars I would. Absolute garbage. read more

This Sheetz is awful when it comes to making food in a timely manner. I waited 45 minutes one night for nachos and am currently going on a 15 minute wait for a simple egg and cheese breakfast sandwich. I don't recommend coming here unless you are desperate for gas. read more

Shout out Sarah who had the most amazing customer service tonight. There was a van in the drive thru line not moving so we pulled up to the window. Sarah offered to take our order bc the drive thru computers were being rebooted & we were in our PJs. All of a sudden we hear a female literally scream from the front line. She yelled that the drive thru was closed & we had to come inside. Sarah advised her (Heather) that she was taking our order. She (Heather) then walked to the window & started yelling again, being extremely loud/rude. I clearly let her know how very rude she was. She then told Sarah that this was ridiculous and that she'd have to remember the order or write it down. Well thank you Sarah for remembering 2 sodas & an order of mac-n-cheese bites! Your customer service was impeccable & we appreciate it!!!! Heather you're rude & need to be fired. You should be embarrassed for the way you speak to your staff & customers! read more
