The staff worker MeMe accused my boyfriend of stealing bc of his skin color. she stated "people like you always steal"! she then proceeded to not provide help to my boyfriend after he asked and said there was a miscommunication. despite his calm attitude she jumped into accusing him and called me a bitch multiple times and then made the threat to assault me. if you'd like to be safe at sheetz ask for anyone but meme as she learns how to be kind and do her job accordingly. or better yet, a new job. said worker also illegally walked out the building to take a picture of the license plate of my car. no property was stolen. i have a receipt. This location is obviously poorly managed and I had a horrible customer experience. My friends and I recently visited this location to grab some food and hangout. One person got a fountain drink and refilled it during our time. We were not causing a scene or being disrespectful in any way. After a little while, we were approached by the security guard and told we needed to leave immediately. Shocked, we asked why. He said that we were not allowed to get refills and the manager wanted us to leave. After we told him that not all of us got refills, he responded that if part of the group did it, the whole group did it. If we came back, we would be arrested for trespassing and larceny. We had absolutely no idea that we were not allowed to get refills. We had always enjoyed free refills at other sheetz locations and were confused by the aggressive behavior. Nevertheless, we left peacefully. The security guard followed us out to make sure we left. I don't see why they didn't warn us first or even just tell us we weren't allowed to get refills. Overall, a very bad experience that stemmed from bad management. read more

Our experience here was awful. We were treated pretty badly and there was nothing in stock. The place was also very dirty and poorly kept. Not to mention the overpriced food. I usually like sheets but this place was terrible. Go to a different location. read more

My kids just got accused of larceny and kicked out of this Sheetz because they unknowingly got a refill on their drinks. Instead of politely notifying them that there were no refills on drinks the lunatic manager had the security guard approach them and tell them they had to leave. The kid he spoke had not taken a refill so he denied doing it and then they were accused of lying. The security guard told them that if they came back then they would be arrested. Can you believe the nerve of these overreactive, unprofessional bullies? When my kids came home and told me what happened I called and spoke to the manager who falsely accused these kids (who had just been at church youth group) of stealing, lying and trespassing. To the manager: learn how to manage a business and treat customers with some respect. Get a life. We are very happy to never go back there again. read more

Place is disgusting- out of coffee, creamer puddles everywhere. Managers need to do a surprise stop by. I've never seen a sheetz or any other gas station look this filthy and they serve food?! Hard pass. If it's short staff then you need to hire more or train staff better. read more

This is the most disgusting Sheetz I've ever been to and honestly, maybe the most disgusting gas station: There's trash always all over the parking lot. It's disgusting. You literally have to step over cups, wrappers just to get in the front doors. Inside, the floor is littered with trash everywhere you look. The drink/ice cream/slushie area always looks like a tornado hit it and many machines are out of order. Counters are covered with soda, straws and lids litter the floor. Spilled beverages everywhere. The soft serve machine has never been functional and makes a loud, annoying grinding noise. A large percentage of the coffee machines/creamers are always broken and the counters are covered in trash and coffee. Items on shelves, especially in the car care/medicine area are just piled up into a giant mess of items and trash. I've been coming here since the location opened and since the first month or so, it's been like this EVERY SINGLE TIME. This place is gross. I expected more from Sheetz! read more

This seems to be a standard Sheetz, a go-to chain for me during Covid. The bathroom was decent, and had paper towels for hand drying, in addition to the air dryer (which I try to avoid). I didn't buy food inside, but filled up the gas tank and went through the car wash. read more

One of the few gas stations I'm willing to eat there cooked food. I like going here. The staff is pleasant, the place is always clean, and the coolers are always stocked. I only go to rack up on points. Not a fan of there gas. When we had that gas shortage, I had no choice but to go there. They were the only place to have gas. read more

They do the best they can when it's busy and are always friendly when assisting you with any issues you have. For me, there's always something going wrong with paying for gas in store than at the pump - I blame my bank - but someone's always willing to help and make sure I get the gas I pay for. And if the lines are long at least there's a self check out lane at this location - not to mention the only Sheetz I'm aware of with E85, the yellow pump lol read more

Very good customer service when we were there. Very friendly. It seemed as if he was the only one there so we were felt a lot of the perks that go to Sheetz for weren't available. For instance there was no unsweet tea! Very tragic!!! read more
