The buns were stone hard on the hotdogs, absolutely no flavor, the burger tasted like canned meat and water. The fries were the only acceptable thing out of the entire order. Owner refused refunds, he and a Hispanic woman cooking the food, had their hands all over the food, AND additionally KEPT THE FOOD. So, not only did he receive nearly $40 for absolutely nothing... but also had the audacity to be rude to my sister (whom has worked in customer service/healthcare, so I know her demeanor when she approached) when addressing the issue. Did not offer to replace the food or a refund, I will emphasize once again. Will not return here, nor will I ever recommend it to anyone I'm acquainted with. I mean that genuinely.

I tried to tell him we had 3 lines already but because of the distance we had to travel we thought of getting a little more gas, he said I should call the cops if I want a refund because he will not give me one. I called the cops not just because of the money but because this man called me a criminal when he knows nothing about me. The cops came , i guess he told him a bunch of lies and all of a sudden the police sided with him saying they can't really do anything but then Told me I'm not allowed to come back over there.... like hello why would I want to spend my money in a place like this after all. The owner Promised if I came back with the bank statement and the receipt with his signmature he would give me a refund but made it a problem when I went back! The police told me it's not illegal for someone to call you a criminal in North Carolina and the man has a right to tell me I can't come to his establishment anymore so Mr officer if you couldn't find evidence how is it that you finally found evidence to tell me I can't come back over there?
