I have been to some interesting Sheetz locations in my time, but this one is by far the most interesting. I am basing that on the location alone. This feels more like a truck stop along a busy interstate rather than a Sheetz location in a community. It is just so odd to come upon this while traveling along a highway. You come around the bend, cross the bridge, and then BAM, there's Sheetz. What makes it odder is that across the five lanes of road is the Juniata River, behind the store is the Susquehanna River. Even though this is not an island, the Sheetz alone feels like an island. But I can't really say anything bad about it. After my last stop at a Sheetz further up the road I was now in need of using the facilities. And honestly I needed to stretch my legs. Even though the location is odd, and it makes me a little uneasy even thinking about getting back onto the highway, this was a well put together location. Inside was clean and orderly. I find most highway side gas stations/ convenience stores are generally what you expect and rarely have occasion to wow or fall completely flat. This Sheetz fits the bill. Ok. Not great, not bad. Empty shelf items in refrigerator for grab and go was noticed but not wholly unexpected. Fountain soda area messy, also ok, usually is. Otherwise just a normal stop. read more

Hallelujah! It's time for the ol' trusty default three star Yelp gas station check list: Good price? Meh, at the time it was $2.75 which is comparable to what I pay at home in the gas tax hell of PA so push on this one. Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No, the fueling area was gas station clean and they had plenty of washer fluid in their outside containers which I more than helped myself to. (Burp!) Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? Check, right off of 22 and the off/on couldn't be easier. Human intervention needed? Not a chance. Three star gas station bliss achieved! (Brief Covidly addendum. As an avid wawa enthusiast, I've always hated on sheetz. However, when you're in the middle of PA, sheetz is the only option sometimes. Although I was hesitant at first, the mac and cheese bites single handedly won me over. The pretzel bun hot dog was just alright but overall I like that they have a wider variety of hot food (and more customization) than wawa. Sheetz also sells alcohol, which is a plus. This location has indoor and outdoor seating as well as clean bathrooms which are a must on a long car ride. While I won't be jumping wawa-ship, sheetz has definitely earned a top spot! read more

One of the dirtiest Sheetz I've ever been to. Only 2 bathroom stalls? Seriously?! I had to wait while 2 people took a poop, while I almost peed myself. Toilet paper and other debris littered the floor. There was something stuck to the back of the door. I didn't even try to buy anything, I just left, feeling dirty. read more

For gas station/convenience stores every Sheetz I've stopped at, this one included, have always been one of the better picks. It's clean and well organized with an orderly display of items. Unlike some of the their competition (Hess comes to mind) , I've never seen the aisleways littered with boxes, the restrooms filthy or have seen the food service people failing to wear gloves. read more

My first impression of Sheetz is a 7-11 that's overdosed on 5-Hour Energy Shots. This one is a typical convenience store with plenty of snack options and made to order sandwiches. Exceptionally clean compared to other convenience stores and a large gas station that is well-equipped for its location right off the highway. read more

This is obviously a much needed and desired Sheetz store. That is painfully obvious by the full parking lot each time I stop here. It is in a great location in the Clark's Ferry area. It is a newer store. Sheetz is pretty much the same, everywhere. So, if you want some thought out review on their food and prices, they are out there and you can find them. I like their food. It is quick and easy to order. It does in a pinch when you are on the go. It isn't perfect. But it doesn't need to be. This particular Sheetz has only one negative I find each time I go here. They can't park the volume of vehicles wanting gas or MTOs. Other than that, all good. Clean restrooms. Clean store. Good service. Plenty of stock. If you are just wanting to get gas and it looks packed, there is less drama next door at the next gas station down. It may be slightly more in cost. But you will always find a pump to use. But if you want to save a few pennies, want decent road food, need to make a potty stop, this Sheetz is a great location for all of that. Located right on 322, it is convenient on your way to and from PSU games or if you are just visiting the area for your bachelor party or are a dirty pervert. :) Locals know what I am talking about. What can I say? I am unashamed to admit that I absolutely love Sheetz and that living in Philly, I miss Sheetz so much. This Sheetz is not my favorite thanks to the constant swarms of patrons that create very long wait times for your food. I guess that's to be expected when they put in a mega Sheetz right in the middle of 322. I feel badly for the truck stop gas station just down the road that is probably floundering, but I don't feel bad enough to actually stop going to this Sheetz. What can I say? This Sheetz had disgusting bathrooms. The toilets haven't seen a brush touch them in forever, every stall had either poop, pee, or was clogged up, and one stall had zero toilet paper to use. Honestly, it was gross. I'd recommend Pilot if you need a bathroom. read more

They put this in bad location. Seen just to many accidents with people trying to get out of there. It is way to small to of crammed that place in there in one of the most busiest locations. Gas pumps way to close together. read more

Its kind of small for the amount of business they get and there is no indoor sitting area to sit and eat so it kind of sucks in the winter. Getting across traffic can also sometimes be a pain. Not my favorite sheetz. read more
