There was accessible parking but no ramp on the curb. Also, no automatic door opening button so we relied on the kindness of strangers to open the door for me to push her through. The store was tight getting through with an even tighter bathroom. Looked clean enough but difficult to navigate with a wheelchair-and only 2 stalls. In the 10 minutes or so we were in there, we heard several other ladies come in and comment on how small it was. Everyone squeezed against the wall and held the door opening button to let us out. The crew was friendly and helpful but we wished there was self checkout. There were only 2 check outs and only one staff member available to check people out. So we waited in a long line. This Sheetz was ok but didn't meet accessibility expectations and would be a quicker turnaround with self checkout out kiosks. The food was satisfactory. Thanks!

You come around the bend, cross the bridge, and then BAM, there's Sheetz. What makes it odder is that across the five lanes of road is the Juniata River, behind the store is the Susquehanna River. Even though this is not an island, the Sheetz alone feels like an island. But I can't really say anything bad about it. After my last stop at a Sheetz further up the road I was now in need of using the facilities. And honestly I needed to stretch my legs. Even though the location is odd, and it makes me a little uneasy even thinking about getting back onto the highway, this was a well put together location. Inside was clean and orderly. Facilities was in decent standing. There was a steady flow of customers during my stop, and it just somehow worked.

Did I trip over any random tire shards, radiator parts or left behind wing nuts? No runs, no hits and no errors. Easy on/off to the highway/road of my choosing? Couldn't be any easier to get off/on Peters Mountain Road. Granted I wouldn't exactly call Halifax a hub of activity, but either way the store has got you covered with a good location.
