There isn't anything that sets this Sheetz apart from other ones. What bothers me about this Sheetz is that they ran the competition out of business, and keep their gas prices on average, $0.40 more than if you just drove over the mountain. If you're not on empty and you're going to State College or Bellefonte or Lewistown and you can make it there, save yourself some money. read more

Here we are again. With another Sheetz review. This Sheetz is local to me so I'll give them a 4 star. I've came in here numerous times and it is what it is. But a drink with a snack or some food that's prepared. My only complaint is the bathroom and it's cleanliness, but what else are you expecting from a busy gas station where all the workers are A) making your food. Or B) working cash register. They will clean it when then time comes, and if the bathroom is so dirty you could always drive home, or find somewhere else to use it. read more

This is a pretty dated sheetz and almost always dirty, however the location is rather handy for me.

I had ordered a side of hash browns with the rest of my order. I checked my order in my car and saw that they forgot to add my hash browns. I went inside and informed staff that I received everything except the hash browns. I got the impression they did not believe me. After I received my order, I returned back to my car and discovered that they only gave me 4 pieces of hash brown for the $2.19 + tax! It just confirmed my suspicion that they didn't believe me. My total order was almost $30, so why would I lie over a $2.19 order? On top of that, I found a long strand of hair in my sub! Disgusting!!! Sheetz is a western/central Pennsylvania icon. Sheetz vs Wawa. . . Sheetz wins every time! This location is newer and everything has that clean new vibe. There is a nice canopy with lighting for the rainy night fuel ups. Sheetz always comes through clutch for a quick bite as well. If you have never had a MTO (made to order meal), do yourself a favor and stop by for one. They have some decent deals as well. Ex. $1 for 2 hotdogs. The drink selection is great as well. They have multiple bottled drink options. They also have an MTO coffee/drink menu that you can customize a drink to your likings. read more

Cant beat sheetz for a quick bite and even air on my tires their gas prices are usually more than everyone else around tho.

This sheetz is different. The parking is tight(hahaa) and awkward. The inside is tiny for the amount of business they do. I would have to say one of the dirtiest restrooms I've seen from this company. Every time i would the restroom the stalls would be out of toilet seat covers. Service is slow as molasses so if you're in hurry you might want to skip this place. read more

Decent location. During my visit the place was clean, the restroom was clean and service was fast and friendly.

Worse sheetz ever second time stopping here and the bathrooms are always dirty, no toilet paper no paper towels. Also only have one employee taken care of customers while a line is forming to the back of the store. If you want a quick in and out type of place don't go to this sheetz. read more

This is the Sheetz I frequent the most. Problems arise as they do with any other customer service based business. I did get the wrong side one time . I called & the manager told me I could come and get a free lunch at any time. Pretty awesome. There is one male employee that works there that is pretty miserable to the customers. I'm not sure how he even got the job but karma will take care of him. All in all... the rest of the employees are cool. The store is clean. And they get my orders correct 99.8% of the time. Just picked up 2 egg & cheese & bacon sandwitches and hash browns...Waited for ever...everyone was getting orders that were placed after mine... Mostly everyone had received their orders and left... Then they called my number...Received my order and left...I went to my shop 3 miles away ... When I opened my bag to have breakfast everything was cold... maybe just slightly warm...Called Sheetz...they told me if I stopped by they would remake my breakfast... The sheetz in Centre Hall, PA is terrible. The customer service there is horrendous. Today I went on my 30 minute lunch break to grab something to eat. I waited and when my number was finally called I walked up to get my food. I confirmed with the girl working that she said my number and she said yes and handed me a bag. I drove to my office which was luckily 2 minutes away. I opened the bag to find someone else's food was given to me. Being what I thought was a nice person I took the bag back and told a man working in the MTO part about what happened to which I was told that they didn't call my number they called someone else's number and I just ran up and grab the bag out of the girls hand. Which is not at all what happened. I was also then told that if I didn't want to keep the food I took and if they had to remake my food that I ordered (because he said when people don't pick up their food they throw it away) that I would have to wait until everyone else's order that was in was made until my food could be remade. I informed the man that I now had only 15 minutes left in my lunch break and that I couldn't wait for everyone one else's meals to be done to which he responded "well that's just tough. You're going to have to decide what's more important I guess". And I responded with he could either give me my food or I wanted my money back and he then proceeded to go look for and find my food sitting in the warmer. He reluctantly gave me my food and mustered out a "have a nice day" before I said that I will be contacting corporate and that I won't be back to this sheetz ever again. If I could rate this Sheetz location I would rate it negative stars. Why? They steal money from their customers! I bought my food to find out they couldn't make the sub that I ordered. Why would you let me pick items if this location is out of them?! Then when I went to get my money back they couldn't give me cash back! I paid with prepaid rebate credit cards and they told me they couldn't do that. The manager knew I was pissed off and gave me a gift card for the troubles. Well this issue happened on April 23rd. I just went to use the gift card at my local Sheetz yesterday and was told there was nothing on the gift card!!! The customer service number is a joke. I have not heard from the District Manager after I complained that I didn't get my money back and was irate that they'd give me a gift card. What kind of a joke is this location?! I'm still waiting to hear back and i doubt I ever will. I will just have to call the customer service number everyday until they get it resolved with either my money back which I wanted in the first place or they can give me a new gift card with money actually on it! I still have a copy of my receipt. I also have a slip saying how much should be on the gift card, but it shows me those things truly mean nothing. The only way I'd order food here again is with cash and only pay after each individual item is finished. read more
