I've been to Dr.Sheets' office a handful of times & every experience was a good one! Previously I was helped by Liz, whom I don't think is still there. Liz was professional, friendly & sweet, competent & did a great job. This last visit I had Jessica. This place was recommended to me by my mom who comes here regularly & Jessica is the specialist who usually takes care of her but she let me make an appointment w her (we went at the same time) because she thought I'd appreciate her skills. Honestly maybe the best massage I've ever had! Jessica has strong hands & is very capable but the best part was SHE LISTENED! she asked me what I wanted to focus on & periodically checked on my comfortability with the amount of pressure. I like a stronger massage & focus on certain areas. I've worked in restaurants a long time & was way overdue for some healing.. that's what I felt Jessica focused on! not just relaxation or feeling good, but healing! what an absolute gem of a person & very talented! Dr.Sheets himself is so kind & welcoming! I love coming here, everyone has been wonderful. This is a talented & caring team with the skill to back it up & true intentions of using their powers for good & expertise for healing! the office itself is subtle & relaxing, I love the waterfall & the gentle sounds it provides if u have to wait for a moment. read more

I've worked with Dr. Sheets for years, but haven't seen him since Covid. I popped an upper back rib out of place which pinched a nerve resulting in severe pain. Dr. Sheets was able to fit me in and knew exactly how to treat the problem. After the adjustment, feeling returned to my left arm and pain was greatly diminished. I was able to move normally and Dr Sheets prescribed post adjustment therapeutics to relieve the remaining pain. I'm so glad to have found him and highly recommend edit his knowledge and personal and prompt attention. read more

One of the best chiropractors I've been to. Dr. Sheets is not only knowledgeable and good at what he does, he is warm and inviting. I've been seeing him due to my lower back being injured and he has done everything to ensure my back heals. Wonderful man. Matthew is also a doll and always super helpful and sweet. If you are looking for a chiropractor, look no further. This is the place to be! read more

I have been having headaches for about half of my life. Now for the last 2 weeks neck pain as well. I've tried a lot of massage places because that helps but starting to feel like Goldie Locks. I saw the special $29 offer and thought, why not! Finally... I went from "This massage is too whimpy, dark and zen"... "This massage is to sports related, bright and painful" to "This Place is Just Right". I arrived early to fill out my paperwork. I was coming from a meeting and was even earlier but thought I'd grab a magazine and read. Dr. Sheets came and introduced himself and gave me a tour of the office. We talked about what I could do for my headaches, he put on a massage rolling table then did warm massage packs. yep... that was way better than a magazine in the waiting room. Speaking of that - the place is nice, clean, new equipment and not overly medical. I loved my massage! The room was great - still dark with light music to relax without that new age vibe. Don't get me wrong when I am going to relax, bring on the candles a aroma oils. But when I can barely drive because I can't turn my head, it's just not cutting it. I met with Anna - she had strong hands with deep pressure but was still gentle and relaxing. When she was done I could actually turn my head again (but was almost too relaxed to function). The receptionist was great as well. Very knowledgeable, checked into my insurance and actually knows about the process. I've wanted to start chiropractic care for my headaches but was apprehensive. Was worried about finding a good doctor and even more about spending that much money all the time. I set up 5 visits for adjustments, they have a package of 5 for $150. I have gone once before for an adjustment that was $75. Figure this was reasonable and time to try it. Will keep you posted on how adjustments go, but can highly recommend the office, massage & staff. I don't normally post but this time I wanted to share. I'm actually excited! I left with an overall feeling that I have made the right decision with Dr. Sheets to finally try to get rid of the pain. read more

Dr. Sheet is the best. I first came to his office 2years ago for my headache, should pain, neck pain and lower back pain. He moved my head and made me feel so much better after like the 4th visits. He also taught me some exercise post I can do it at home. After being like 3months customer, he really like cats and offered to take care of my cat Leslie for exactly one month while I was in New York for Christmas. He doesn't let me pay him for the food/care/litter because he said Im a student and he loves cats anyway. My cat was really happy being with him. He is just a decent, nice and friendly person, whom sincerely cares his customers and so kind. I strongly recommend him. He will do his best to reduce your pain and really care about your health! You need to check him out! read more

I have always had a bit of sciatica. Usually it flared up when I'd do something unusual, like sit on the floor and wrap presents for an hour. But lately it will feel like an ice pick of pain if I'm on my feet for something as typical as grocery shopping. Not cool. Pain killers wouldn't really touch this pain and I don't really want to take that stuff anyway - and they do nothing to fix the problem. I was in too much pain for yoga or my usual exercise routine on Thousand Steps Beach. I needed to do something else. I've always been EXTREMELY skeptical about chiropractic care. In a conversation with a stranger I heard about the introductory prices at Sheets Chiropractic and her good results and thought I should at least try this. So I made my first appointment. I've had 2 fantastic massages and 3 adjustments in a little over a week and my body feels very different. The pain is MUCH less, even during activities that would be excruciating before. There are even times when I expect pain and get to feel the euphoria of a painless activity. The awareness of my posture and the tips Dr. Sheets has provided me continue to improve my outcome. Jenny and Jada are very intuitive with their massages that warmed me and eased my muscles for my first two adjustments. This morning I rolled over in bed and felt the glorious cracking in my back like a zipper. Everything is moving now and that feels great. I was fearful arriving with so much pain - afraid that chiropractic might make it worse by indiscriminately tweaking an already angry nerve. There is some amount of work involved - the muscles will, indeed, be sore after being in as sorry shape as mine were and being required to release. But the progress I've made in a little over a week is such a relief to me. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and conversational. I'm no longer a skeptic about chiropractic care results for my sciatica. Now I'm also working toward relief in the perma-knot in my right shoulder (results of a computer-based profession). read more

About 7 weeks ago, I thought I pulled my lower back...perhaps from reaching for something awkwardly. I neglected the discomfort for about 2 1/2 weeks thinking that all I needed to do was tough it out. After about 3 weeks, I could see that my pain was increasing and that my mobility was deteriorating. It was then that I discovered, from some online research, that I had what I though was a sciatica problem. I didn't even know what that was prior to this pain. I decided that the best thing to do was to see my doctor and take it from there. That initial visit confirmed my diagnosis but produced no relief. However, I did receive a chiropractic referral...my previous experience with a chiropractor, many years prior, had been quite negative. The pain had escalated to such a degree that I decided to give this treatment another chance. Unfortunately, the chiropractor was booked and would not be able to see me for 2 or so days. I couldn't wait as my pain was now preventing me from sleeping through the night. I called in the morning and made and appointment with Dr Sheets that same afternoon. In person, I expressed to him my reluctance and apprehension about chiropractors in general but that I was there out of desperation for relief. Among other things, he was sympathetic to my pain. He indicated confidence in his ability to help me find relief in time for my planned 3 hour airline trip in the upcoming 2 weeks. On my third visit, he finally got the adjustment to my lower back that he was looking for. That was Tue to Thu after having suffered in pain for almost 1 full month. Though I did not hear the adjustment, I did feel substantial relief within seconds. I was able to sleep w/out pain medication that very night and function the next day w/out a lower back brace. I saw Dr Sheets for a total of 5 visits, each time gaining a little more relief and increased mobility. True to his projection, I gained relief and was able to take my airline trip just 6 days later. If you are experiencing back pain of any kind, or sciatica discomfort, or are wondering if chiropractic care could provide you pain relief, I would encourage you strongly to go see Dr Sheets. I couldn't be more pleased with his care, availability, and how timely I gained my relief. GOD bless y'all, Jim V. read more

Saw Dr. Sheets in his new office. Tranquil, inviting, serene. I had a terrible pain in my hip that I couldn't get rid of, and followed me with every step I took. I didn't know what I needed to relieve the on-going headaches located on my neck and base of my skull. I was flipping thru one one of those Clipper magazines one Saturday morning and came across an ad from Sheets Chiropractic. I called and was very lucky that Dr. Sheets could see me that Saturday morning! My first ever chiropractic appointment but he made me feel at ease from the get go - he was very patient. He took his time to explain why I have those headaches, explained the chiro process to me in terms I could understand. I left the office on my first day there relieved of my headaches!!! Thank you, Dr. Sheets! You are the best! I have a few stressors in my life so I need to continue with chiropractic treatments which include massage sessions. Dr. Sheets, the few massage therapists I've had treatments with, Phyllis, and others in the office are all wonderful! They provide their customers with on-time appointments and also great at calling to remind patients of upcoming appointments. I don't have any other chiropractic experience to compare with but there's no need comparing Dr. Sheets - he is the best chiropractor! read more

In every cloud there is a silver lining. My car accident caused me a great deal of pain in my lower back, right arm and neck. I decided to try chiropractic to help my situation and I did some research on the internet to find someone who had a good reputation and seemed to be the best in my area. This is how I found Sheets Chiropractic. Dr. Sheets takes a great deal of time to get to know you and understand your issues. HIs office staff are all like family and the most friendly front office I have ever seen. He has a very calm, gentle approach to his adjustments. I told him that no other chiropractor was able to adjust me in the past, I was just way too tight and it was impossible to get a release. He just smiled and said we will see about that. To my surprise, he got me to release on day one and many times thereafter with the most gentle, non intrusive technique. He is magical that is all I can say. My neck pain and headaches are gone, my elbow pain is gone and my back is better than it has been in 10 years! If you are looking for the best chiropractor in Orange County, give Dr. Sheets a call. After talking to many of his other patients, we all agree, Dr. Sheets is MAGIC!! read more

Great office, personable staff, fast service (in and out quickly) and Dr. Sheets is very personable and very informative. He did things with my back that know one had ever tried before. I walked out of his office feeling confident and the next day I was amazed! My back felt AMAZING! I have continued going back to Dr. Sheets every 4 weeks for maintenance and I've never felt better! Dr. Sheets also invented the Plank 360 which is incredible for your core, back and arms! My wife and I both get an amazing workout from it right from home!
