She also burned my nail beds several times, even after I said ouch, when using a drill to remove polish. This place is not very clean. I almost walked out during the appointment. Her demeanor was rough and rude. I still tipped 15% because I felt bad not to, and she was upset that it wasn't more. I had a dip manicure, and the gel top peeled off within a few days and the dip started chipping.

They take their time and are meticulous with the mani/pedis. I find that my gel manicures from here last longer than any other salon in the area. I usually get a green tea spa pedicure which includes a foot scrub, mask, heat therapy, 15 minute leg/foot massage, paraffin treatment, and callus removal. Mid pedicure, they'll even offer a little bottle of water and coconut crackers as a little treat. They also recently installed new massage chairs for an added comfort. They are usually able to accommodate you day of if you come early, but if you need a specific time, I recommend calling in advance and making a reservation. There is also a parking lot to the side of the salon which makes parking here very convenient. I always leave here feeling very pleased with the service and quality of the nails. It's a little further away than the salons near my home but it's 100% worth the extra drive. The techs commute to the salon from Queens everyday so they have a long commute and a long working day, which makes me appreciate them so much more!
