I requested that they deliver it and they agreed to do so the next day. I received a phone call in advance, which was nice. The truck showed up, and they placed the heavy hot water tank in my garage. I then asked for them to move it to the basement, which was basically the reason I paid for delivery. But I was told that they're not allowed to move hot water tanks into houses. They packed up and left. I was disappointed because I paid for delivery and I should be able to say where to place the unit. Instead, I had to get my family together to slide the thing down the steps, which was fun, let me tell you. Next day delivery was nice, but they should allow the homeowner to dictate where it goes, within reason.

EVERY single cabinet was either damaged, mismeasured, built to the wrong specifications, missing shelves, drawers, door fronts, pullouts, or return panels!!! Update: 6/27/23 in response to Owner - Refer to all photos on all review sites for what Jamie considers "above and beyond", "complete", and damage resulting from "all necessary precautions to protect your cabinets" and decide for yourself if this is the level of service or craftsmanship you expect when spending $56,000... Also, he IS YOUR employee and installer, you delivered the cabinets in HIS dump trailer covered in a tarp with no packing materials, YOU scheduled him to come down for install and recover his dump trailer, and you REIMBURSED him for his travel expenses. After searching online for area furniture stores, Sedlak's caught my eye and I decided to pay them a visit at their Solon location. The store is inconspicuous from the street and more closely resembles a hotel or country club from the outside. Upon walking in I was greeted by a kind lady at a desk and she directed me down a hall to the back of the store. This place is absolutely massive! There are numerous sections, each of which specializes in different home furnishings. The variety is extensive and offers a vast assortment of items. I found the section that has televison stands and after roughly 15 minutes decided on an attractive wood and glass stand with cabinets. I found a sales clerk who was more than helpful and collected my information. She then advised that the stand would be delivered in one piece, which would spare me the time of having to assemble it. She advised that the delivery would be carried out within a week and guided me to the front to submit payment. One I submitted payment, a delivery date was agreed upon for the following Monday (4 days) and I left. Sedlak's contacted me the day prior to the scheduled delivery to confirm. On the day of the delivery, two Sedlak's professionals contacted me upon arrival and I let them in. They carefully setup the stand and were even kind enough to place the television on it. The stand is of inpeccable quality and the customer service was top tier! I am happy with my purchase and would definitely buy from them again!

In addition to this issue, I was over billed and had to stop a large unauthorized debit from being withdrawn from my bank account. Unfortunately, the company was found to be unprofessional (poor customer service (with interactions with the owner), scheduled appointments that ended up as no-calls, no show). The manager you was pushing warranties and extras was pushing a little to hard. The delivery people were good but they had to take a door off to get the couch in and didn't put it back correctly and I had to adjust the door when I came home. All in all I would buy here than any of the other furniture places around.
