I went in with several pictures of the cut and style that I wanted from all angles, front, back and sides I wanted to be prepared. Sherri didn't even look at the pictures long enough to know what it was I was really wanting. I was then told by Sherri herself that she doesn't like to cut hair when it's wet and that she preferred to cut it "laying naturally". Which would have been fine if my hair hadn't been up in a bun all morning as I had work to do beforehand. My hair is naturally straight and when I took it out of the bun it was in loose curls, and was parted weird and had an indentation when the bun was held in place. Sherri then began to pick up the whole top half of my hair, from ear to ear and twist it, I assumed so she could clip it up out of the way and ask me some questions to get a better idea of what it was I was wanting done to my hair. She was talking incessantly and then took the hair that she had just twisted and cut it right in half. I almost died! She just dropped ten inches of my hair to the ground and didn't bat an eyelash. She kept on yaking and hacking at my hair until it was completley un even and a total mess. I kept trying to tell her to stop and even tried to get up and she pushed me back in the seat and said to stop moving or I would mess my hair up. She wouldn't stop talking long enough and she was so loud she couldn't hear me telling her to stop. I will never go back to the woman again nor trust her near my hair. It took her a total of five minutes to ruin my hair and then had the audacity to sit there and bash one of the other hair salons that I had gone to for years and always had a fabulous cut and style and my hair was always washed and I was pampered. Sherri needs to stop living in her own Bliss and come back to reality.
