I originally had an appt with another stylist but because of my own miscommunication and the recent loss of my dad, I came the wrong day. (I'm really sorry about that guys) I was lucky enough to meet Michelle there working late. She agreed to cut it for me and try to fix it because I had a job interview that Friday. She was lovley, friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and saved my hair. She shaped it nicely to my face which was a miracle considering how bad it was. I walked into the salon when there was one employee working and she was presently cutting a customer's hair, didn't ask her name but she had short blonde hair, and I went ungreeted and unnoticed for a few minutes. Being in customer service myself, whether you're currently busy or not, acknowledging your customers' presence is important. So I decided to walk myself deeper into the salon and find the product myself. THEN SHE SPOKE TO ME! "Can I help you with anything?" I told her I was looking for product to reduce hair loss. That's when she laughed at me and basically rolled her eyes, then spoke in a condescending voice, "uhhmmm I don't think anything like that exists, haha" so now that she has been openly condescending and rude to me in front of other customers, I walked out crying. If it didn't exist, I wouldn't have been looking for it. I hope the lady who treated me this way reads this, but you never know what a person is going through.
