There were yellow and greenish sections, muddy areas, and an overall unfinished result. This looked nothing like the seamless neutral blonde I asked for or what I have consistently received from many other stylists. I contacted the salon promptly within the timeframe listed under their Service Guarantee. Instead of taking accountability or offering a reasonable resolution, Ashley insisted no refund would be given under any circumstances and stated that the website reflects this policy. However, the website does not state no refunds. It states that they stand behind a guarantee to make concerns right within 5 days. She said the most she would do for me to "make it right" is put another gloss over it. A gloss does not correct poor blending, stripey foil placement, or hair that did not lift properly. Those are service execution issues, not minor toning issues. What is most concerning is that this response came from the owner. When the owner is unwilling to acknowledge an obviously poor result or stand behind premium-priced work, it says a lot about the business. For over $300, I expected professionalism, skill, and customer care. I received none of those.

Unfortunately what I walked out of the salon was far from what we had discussed and FAR from the color swatches we chose & 0 ashy tone. after she initially put my color on and washed me & began dryong me I could tell something was wrong. She kept making remarks about how she wasn't sure why the color/toner didn't grab and why it wasn't the color we agreed on. She also continued to ask me if I liked the root color brown - I didn't mind it, but it definitely wasn't the deeper brown that we agreed on. She then stated she could try to lighten some of my areas up and reapply the toner and see if it would grab on lighter pieces better. I specifically stated I didn't want large streaks I'd rather it look more melted/blended in if we did lighten bc I don't want thar feel, i wanted a bayalage feel. So I trusted her and she began highlighting areas of my hair. Mind you there's no color melting and I'm being foiled. She rinses me out and begins drying me and immediately it's a nightmare. Worse than before. I have a HUGE white streak that is not symmetrically placed at the front of my face - I love a money piece, but this is an out of place wide white streak. My hair is also noticeably damaged from this in this area as well. She states she feels bad and she can't allow me to pay her for her services because she knew the color was not what I wanted. I asked her to let me pay her for the cut and the eyebrow waxing. My total was 57.00 and I still left her a 26.00. She continued to state that she wasn't sure what happened. She was going to talk to "someone" and would definitely be reaching out to me, I told her I appreciated that and her time and we would get it figured out. It had been 2 entire days and I've heard nothing from her or anyone else at the salon for that matter. I am now upset because I was hoping she'd at least try to make her errors right. Feels very shady & honestly very unprofessional... she knew I was disappointed in what I walked out with 4.5 hours later. She is a sweet girl, but inexperienced and I would highly advise against using her for your service - pics of inspo vs what I got attached.

They offer a beverage when you walk in and you can make appointments online. Which I LOVE! I have very long, thick hair and they know how to handle it. Plus they don't mind spending more time on it. I went in for my bridal trial with Kim and she was awesome! It made me feel so relaxed and stress free knowing she would be there on the big day. My mom was with me and made a quick mention she needed to get her hair colored. Kim immediately went to see if anyone was available for my mom and 2hrs later my mom had a fresh cut and color. 2 weeks ago I got married and chose vanity to do all the day-of services! Kim did my hair and makeup and it was great! She was patient and asked me how I felt about everything and if we needed to change anything. 4 stylists came and did 11 people's hair and makeup in less than 4hrs!!!!! They were incredible! It was down to a science and everyone in my bridal party loved their look! The makeup was flawless and everyone loved their lashes! I would highly recommend the salon for their hair and makeup services for everyday life and for big events! They're really responsive and super helpful with any questions/requests!
