While I appreciated the small family atmosphere, when you walk in with 5-6 pedi units, and just as…read moremany nail slots, you would think they could handle up to at least 12 customers at any one time.....NOT TRUE! There were only 3 customers in the salon and while we were there, customers were turned down as "we can't do you right now, can you come back later?" But primarily, my low score is for the lack in fully advising the customer of charges expected in advance: I selected the deluxe pedicure of $50, but the total amount came to $76.75 ($75 + some add'l charge). I was shocked when I felt I had to add a tip. I did ask for french tips, but never did I expect $25 plus for that. BEWARE and just ask upfront of complete charge in advance of services. Otherwise, the facility is clean, staff is somewhat friendly, and the final expectation is okay (but now wow factor).
