I just wouldn't come here for a gel manicure ($35) or any type of manicure because I think it's overpriced. But, for a regular pedicure it is so worth it! Our pedicures included a hot stone treatment, massage, and hot towel soak. The ambiance was super relaxing and our technicians were dedicated, friendly, and efficient. The facilities were brand new and super clean as well! I don't think you can ask for anything more, right? Just maybe a price drop :) This is one of those establishments that need an appointment. So, make sure you make one before you go. The staff there were so nice that they agreed to stay 20 minutes past closing to do our manicures that we didn't schedule ahead of time. We only made appointments for pedicures. Supposedly, this facility has coupons during holiday weekends, so keep a look out! Also, they take Venmo for tips which is awesome since I never carry cash anymore. Who does?!

They started mine at 10:20 , but my sister sat there till 10:35. She asked for some water to take some ibuprofen and suddenly they don't have water, but served someone else bottled water(we didn't mind paying for it if they had offered it) I was done at 10:50 and now waiting on my sister. By 10:58 they were telling her she is done and moving us out the door. $60 each for only 30 minutes. I told the cashier and suddenly his "English is bad." Will not be returning. We felt like they wanted us out the door, to make room for the next suckers paying for a 30minute, $60 pedi. I felt bad for not tipping, and told him he can't take off my extra 20 minutes and tip her from that.

So I decided to try it again. I walked in and she's wearing 2 masks and is super awkward and smells like smoke like usual and she asks me if I am using retinol. I have been using it for ages and never had an issue. Tells me she can't do my eyebrows and that's it. Thanks and goodbye. She could lose her job if she did it. I have to be off retinol for three months in order to get my face done. I told another European wax i had been on retinol and they said it was fine. This is absurd and I will never go back again.

So, when I got engaged, there was no doubt I needed Steph to do my hair on my wedding day. Though she typically doesn't do weddings - not only did she agree to do my hair, but was enthusiastic about doing so. She also agreed to travel to Cape Cod to do me, my two sisters and my mom (all loyal customers of hers). Steph did a trial hair run for me on the day of my bridal shower - and she obviously nailed the look I was going for. I realized throughout that day that my hair didn't stay for very long, because my hair doesn't hold a curl. So I told Steph and she came up with a different strategy to making sure my hair stayed on my wedding day. Steph is responsive, professional, and was there the morning of my wedding before I was. It was actually my mom's first wax ever and Casey made her feel so comfortable and at ease. My mom couldn't actually even believe the wax was as quick and pain free as it was! Casey even comped the service for us as a wedding gift as we were prepping for my little brother's wedding next week which was just beyond sweet and thoughtful. As a side note, my mom has Alzheimer's and I tend to worry about her receiving services as sometimes she needs things explained multiple times or extra time to navigate unfamiliar environments.
