The appointment was advertised to take 30 minutes, but instead lasted an hour and a half. After the poor results, I was told that my natural lashes were "weak" and was encouraged to buy/use a lash serum instead of taking accountability for the quality of the work. For the price charged, I expected much better professionalism, communication, and results. Unfortunately, I left feeling disappointed and unhappy with both the service and the final look.
