Being in pain no way I could get my hair done for 2 hours. I called and asked to reschedule and got attitude from the receptionist. Told I couldn't because my stylist is going away yet again next week and she has no openings. I'm like no openings forever? I got told nothing until next month. Well great for her she's so booked! I don't complain when my hair is cut too much and I'm waiting for a good 10-15 minutes for my stylist to come in. Given the circumstances I would expect a little more understanding. Plus always books my appointment with another client so I'm waiting for her to finish with then while I wait for my color. Never complained !! Until now. I won't be going back.

Warm welcome from the minute I walked in, through my two hours of pampering mani/pedi time, and till the closing business of payment. My nail technician Jenna was AMAZING and did an absolutely fabulous job. Professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to communicate with, attentive. Jen, the salon owner, was also super helpful and nice. What a great experience that literally made my day! Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

She knew I walked in and continued her conversation with the other client. She continued until she was done with her conversation. I felt like I was interfering with her conversation. I was not valued enough for her to stop talking and acknowledge me. How does someone walk into your business and you ignore them until it is convenient for you to acknowledge them. If I did not have that Groupon I would have walked out. How can you be that confident and arrogant that a customer needs to be ignored??? Good luck in business if you think that's how you provide customer service.
