It lasted less than 30 minutes and the esthetician was definitely not very familiar with how to perform facials effectively. Not sure how the other services are. But I would not recommend to get the basic facial here for 45 dollars.

They said that they try to confirm the appointment by sending a text, and my mom asked what number, and it was to my dead father's cell, and when my mother told them this, they said that it was not their problem, all over being 1 minute late, never once did they ever apologize, and I've never seen anyone as cold hearted or rude then this place, my sisters and mother will never return to this place, and would suggest everyone to look elsewhere, instead of giving your hard earned money to this cruel and awful establishment, I've had to now listen to my mother crying for the last 3 hours in bed over these people, and this was supposed to make her feel better, since it exactly one day before my parents 30 year anniversary, but instead these people had to make my mother's day a living hell, thanks alot. She listened to everything I said. I've been this color for years, so I already know what works and what doesn't. Most stylists don't care. They just want to finish fast. Alli took her time and gave me this flawless custom color. She has great energy too! Oftentimes, I'll feel zapped after getting my hair done. Not here! I actually felt energized and excited! Another thing that helped was that she was excited to do my hair. She didn't come at it with a defeated "maybe I can do it" attitude. That tells me that she's a real artist who loves her work. It shows! The salon has a private parking lot, so you don't have to worry about street parking. Half of it is shaded by beautiful trees too. I was a walk-in at around 1:30 and they had me in a chair within five minutes, not bad at all! The owner and Barbi, the woman who did my hair, were absolute sweethearts! They mad me feel very welcome. Barbi is not only super friendly but an excellent hair stylist as well!! I had attempted to go to another salon a few months prior who butchered the bangs I wanted :( Barbi did the bangs with perfect precision. I can tell she has an eye for detail. The price isn't too bad but it is a little pricy. However with the care that these women put into their work, I don't mind paying a little extra. I'll definitely be coming back!
