This review is only based on the Basic facial service they offer. The price of the basic lowest…read moreamount facial is 45 dollars and will last less than 30 minutes. This place is really easy to miss since it is located on the right hand side right after you enter the I-30 frontage road from Congo road. The facial is not worth the price. It lasted less than 30 minutes and the esthetician was definitely not very familiar with how to perform facials effectively. Not sure how the other services are. But I would not recommend to get the basic facial here for 45 dollars.

Mitchell Kunz in the last week…read moreThis is the worst experience ever, my mom has been going here for over 10 years, and my father just recently past away 6 months ago, and we finally got her to book an appointment to try to have a good relaxing day, only for her to be treated worse then any establishment ever, they cancel her appointment because she was one minute late, and the manager Michelle garner was so rude and treated her worse then I have ever seen a business treat anyone, let alone a customer who has been going there for over 10 years! They said that they try to confirm the appointment by sending a text, and my mom asked what number, and it was to my dead father's cell, and when my mother told them this, they said that it was not their problem, all over being 1 minute late, never once did they ever apologize, and I've never seen anyone as cold hearted or rude then this place, my sisters and mother will never return to this place, and would suggest everyone to look elsewhere, instead of giving your hard earned money to this cruel and awful establishment, I've had to now listen to my mother crying for the last 3 hours in bed over these people, and this was supposed to make her feel better, since it exactly one day before my parents 30 year anniversary, but instead these people had to make my mother's day a living hell, thanks alot. But yall simply don't care about your customers at all, and you've clearly showed that today in every aspect. I hope yall feel great about yourselves. Justin Kunz.

She is very good and she is very nice. I had to bring my 11 year old son with me and she was very kind to him and even made him some ramen noodles because he started feeling hungry (even though we ate before we came). She also waxed my brows and took extra time to show me some tips on how to apply brow color. She is very generous with her time, her service and her prices. I will definitely be coming back. And I want to add that she offers nails, mani/pedi's, facials, facial peels, non-surgical face lifts, massages, permanent make-up, and more. I cant wait to try some if her other services!
