It's located in a very small plaza next to the morrow Walmart. It's one of those places that you just don't realize it's even there. I came on a Tuesday afternoon and at first I was the only customer but it later got very busy. I was greeted by a Mom figure who by the way is very much part of the team. She washed my hair, swept hair on the floor, and helped to blow dry my hair. Jessica and TC were working this day and they both tagged team on my hair as well since it was just them. It was great bc I didn't have to wait on Jessica to finish with someone else and it kept me from feeling neglected. They both were super nice and conversation was casual and not the nosy Asian kind. I was even offered water/soda while I was there. Salon cleanliness was fair to good. My chair still had hair from the previous person on the arm rest. Now let's get to the hair. I have not cut my hair in over a year and when I arrived I still didn't know what to do with it! Jessica helped me talk it out and gave suggestions and we came to a mutual decision- shoulder length, layers, highlights, dark brown. Process took about 3-4 hours but let me tell you something....I LOVED IT!! It has been a while that I have been truly impressed with my haircuts. The cut was detailed, you can actually see the layers, and the color was awesome. I left feeling that I really got a nice transformation. Went home and Hubby loved it. Went to work and a week later I'm still getting compliments. The cut and color set me back $150 but I will be back!!

I really don't like people cutting my hair, but my relative came here before and had a decent experience, so I decided to come here as well. Jessica cut my hair. I told her to only cut about an inch off and even gave her a reference photo. I demonstrated with my fingers how much to cut as well. She said okay and started cutting right away. My hair ended up 8 inches shorter!!! The layers are so short and the bangs aren't even close to what I imagined. After the cut, I was sent to receive a shampoo. The man there did very well and it was relaxing with the massage. That was the only good part about this experience. After I was done shampooing, they both blow dried my hair then she started to put a hot iron on it--with no heat protectant. After that, she started cutting more again. It was uneven because she didn't even bother to fix my middle part after the wash. I asked her if she could fix my part, but she told me that it's okay and to just put it any kind of way. Seriously? I paid 60+ tip, which I shouldn't have even done. I didnt realize how short it was until I left. I screamed inside of my car because I was so angry. Ended up with a full head of curls that was nothing like the picture. Now looking back, it was definitely intentional. Kim (I believe) told the women that was working on my hair to use tight curlers, the women asked "are you sure" and asked Kim if she saw the picture, Kim said she did and to just do it anyway, but that she wanted to cut it. She was very insistent on wanting to cut it since I believe she wanted to experiment on cutting this style of hair. This completely ruined the hair that I was growing out for 6 months. It was nothing like I wanted, and I had to drive to a different barber and cut it off right away. Didn't feel a need to say anything at that moment because the perm was already done and it couldn't be reversed.

I'm going on vacation in three days and I did not want a black hair color which to me is not vacation vibes.
