I want to write that I loved everything about my experiences/services, and I did the first few…read morevisits. I got my brows microbladded for the first time by Jessica in 2020. I was sooo impressed I even referred my best friend, 2 gym friends & my Mom. Everyone also loved the experience & their brow improvements. The Service cost was reasonable, Jessica was personable, friendly, knowledgeable & it was a great experience. Since then we have all had annual touch ups a few times; mine most recently about a month ago. I was so excited because my brows were starting to fade & every time I looked at the pictures from the first microblading appt my brows looked full & beautiful! (I didn't have to fill them in at all, which is definitely the goal!) It's $250 for the annual touch up, and the appt lasted about 50 minutes. 15-20 minutes of that you are waiting for the numbing ointment to kick in. Once finished, it is hard to truly tell how they look as you walk out. But about 2 weeks later I reached out to Jessica and asked about a little touch up at the front of both brows as it didn't look like they were filled in to how I hoped it would look. Her response was that I could pay for a 6-10 week touch up appointment (additional $100). That left a sour taste in my mouth. A customer for 4 years, have referred in total 4 microbladding customers and I wanted a little touch up at the front of the brow but was told to spend more money since I didnt explicitly point out the shading during the appointment. Unfortunately, I dont think i'll be referring more customers & will have to continue filling in the front of my brows. So, if you choose to get your microblading done here, she will do a great job but moral of the story be VERY detailed and show lots of pictures to ensure you get what you want and arent charged to come back.
