In response to your reply: Your response speaks for itself…read more There was no apology given... only about how great of an employee, someone that I felt treated me unpleasantly is. Maybe that is not his normal response but I don't need to make up stories about the way I was treated and what was asked of me. Since I have a Medicare Advantage plan, I am of an age where I'm very familiar with procedures for verifying my insurance. I was told and I hope your calls are taped but maybe they're not... but I was told that I would have to text my Medicare Advantage plan card to you front and back along with my actual Medicare card. When I replied that I was not comfortable texting a copy of my Medicare card information by text and asked why can't I just bring it in for the appointment, as I had no problem in sending a front and back copy of my Medicare Advantage plan card. I was told that is your procedure and that's the only way they can identify me before I come to the office as to who I am....period. And my review reflects what happened. I hope the person who told me that will be trained better not to say that to anyone else. In life and especially in business, it is not only "what" you say, but "how" you say it, that can make a big difference. None of my medical offices have ever asked me to do this in regards to my Medicare card. From the "tone" of your response; I will pass in connecting with your office. I wish you and your business the best. Please see information from link below from a trusted source, that to send your Medicare information via text or email is not advisable: Link: https://communitycare.com/about/security/#:~:text=Never%20Share%20Sensitive%20Information,call%2C%20email%2C%20or%20text. "2. Never Share Sensitive Information Medicare and legitimate providers will never ask for your Medicare number, Social Security number, or banking details over an unsolicited call, email, or text." Original Post: I called today and spoke to the receptionist a person named Pete and he asked for my Medicare card which I've been repeatedly advised Not to give my info. unless in person. I have gotten many services through my health insurance without sending my Medicare info. through a text (??) which is very unsettling. It wasn't so much him asking but also his tone was not welcoming. I cannot say anything in regards to the services but the person who answers the phone is the front line of any business & how a potential patient perceives that business. And I can say it was not pleasant.

I genuinely believed I could just stretch a little, do some exercises, and somehow convince myself I'd feel better. Then I came here. It only took Vinh and Blaze 45 minutes to fix a painful issue I've been dealing with since a bad car accident. I swear to God, my brain exploded. My right hip flexor was actually fixed. FIXED!!! I don't know or understand what Alakazam-Hocus Pocus-Expecto Patronum wizardry they performed, but I walked out in complete disbelief. What impressed me the most was how incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive Vinh and his team were. They listened, they explained what was going on, and then hit the reset button on me. I'm literally still in shock as I write this review. LOL. Vinh and Blaze are miracle workers disguised as physical therapists, and I can't recommend them enough.

The first visit is scheduled with the doctor, who performs a thorough evaluation and develops a personalized exercise plan. After that, you're free to come in during their business hours to complete your therapy. Each session starts with a 5-minute warm-up before moving into your prescribed exercises. Dr. Caroline is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to tailor treatment to help you improve. The physical therapy assistants are friendly, encouraging, and always willing to help--but don't expect them to go easy on you! The workouts can feel like a boot camp because their goal is to help you regain your strength and reach your full potential. My progress has been great thus far, and it's motivating to see so many senior patients working on their balance and strength alongside everyone else. The entire staff works together as a team, creating a welcoming and supportive environment. At the end of each session, you'll receive a nice 10-15 mins massage, which I'm always looking forward to. Parking is convenient, with free parking available in the lot next door or metered parking right in front of the building. I don't think the parking is under surveillance. However, I haven't experienced any issues.
