My pains was immediately gone. Dr. Paré used an electro wave machine on my shoulders and I could feel the pain on my left shoulder. He immediately pinpointed my issue. And with a ton of cracks and adjustments to my upper back and neck, I felt like myself again. I've been to other chiropractors and honestly it took a while for my pain to go away. This was the first time I noticed the pain going away immediately. Dr. Paré gave me some every day little tweaks I could make like making sure the curve of my spine and my core were always protected without sacrificing my posture. It helped me so much and reminded me to be more aware of taking care of myself. I went to two sessions with him and literally now have zero pain after almost a month of agony. I genuinely believed I could just stretch a little, do some exercises, and somehow convince myself I'd feel better. Then I came here. I don't know or understand what Alakazam-Hocus Pocus-Expecto Patronum wizardry they performed, but I walked out in complete disbelief. What impressed me the most was how incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and attentive Vinh and his team were. They listened, they explained what was going on, and then hit the reset button on me. Dr. Mahtaban changed my life…read more Two years ago, when I was 15, I had a debilitating lifting accident in my school's gym. I had it checked out by my school's athletic trainers, in which they told me to take pain medications and rest as they didn't flag it as "any big deal." The next day, I had a competitive golf-match which I tried to play through and later found out that I definitively couldn't. I was in so much pain I couldn't sleep and I could barely walk (something a 15 y/o should never have to experience). Turns out, I had a disc herniation (L4-L5) that went undiagnosed by my school's athletic trainers. That's when my dad had booked me an appointment here, at Elite Chiropractic with Dr. Mahtaban. I have spent countless hours with Dr. Mahtaban and the rest of the staff here at Elite, and they are truly the best people. The combination of decompression therapy, traditional adjustments, and cupping therapy allowed me to make a full recovery. I am back feeling better and healthier than I ever have and that is all thanks to Jamie and his team. I was back to lifting within a few months and back to golf within six. Even today I still utilize the stretches and exercises that Dr. had assigned me when I was hurt. Aside from the treatment, Dr. Mahtaban and his team are amazing people. Like I stated earlier, I had spent many hours with him during decompression therapy or adjustments and we used to chat a ton. He genuinely cared about me as a patient and I am so grateful to have the opportunity to get to know him and the rest of the staff. I cannot stress enough the impact that Elite made on my health and overall life. A big thanks to Dr. Mahtaban and the rest of the staff here. Highly recommend to everybody.

It's very difficult to find a chiropractor that takes health insurance, so this is truly disappointing. Meanwhile, my 5 month plus neck issue is ruining my life. Oh well. Back to my search I guess. After researching many chiropractors in the area, I found Dr. Liang. I was immediately drawn to his practice because he works out of Cedars and that made me feel comfortable. I also liked reading about all of the different solutions he provides. I was able to get an appointment within 5 days, so I went in to see what could be done. Dr. Liang is a miracle worker! He is so knowledgeable about the body and was able to quickly see/feel what was happening in my body and offer suggestions. His table is my favorite thing -- the lower body stretching it provides feels AMAZING. I also like that the adjustments he performs aren't the super intense type you see on Instagram -- they are much more targeted, without all the crazy cracks and pops, and they WORK. Also, Dr. Liang is such a good person. We were just cracking jokes (instead of my neck!) and laughing the whole time I was there. He immediately puts you at ease and makes you feel comfortable, which is no small feat! I did 3 sessions and they helped immensely. I'm glad to know Dr. Liang is there if I need help again!
