It all started out with neck and back pain for over a week. I decided to give this place a try since it is well liked on here and I am new to town so I said let's give it a try. After my second visit and continued pain, I'm afraid I had to immediately stop going and seek another Chiropractor. I should've known this was going to be an issue when the Dr. didn't sit with me to discuss my pain, where it was and how it started, nor did he offer an x ray to see how to approach my spine. He proceeded with doing the basic cracks on my back and neck and left me with the automatic massaging machines. During my second visit, he adjusted my neck and it left me with so much pain I couldn't lift my neck, not even when I tried to lift my body or head with my hands. I had to take 5 minutes laying there telling him I couldn't lift my neck anymore. This scared me so much thinking I lost control of my upper spine. The verbal expression of my pain didn't seem to affect the doctor. On top of all this, he didn't review any folders or paper work after the first time. On the second visit, he thought I was a different patient with foot pain and kept asking about my foot but I told him my foot was fine I didn't have any foot pain. At the end he still mentioned how it was good my foot pain went away. After my second visit with my pain even worse that I couldn't fully turn to either side or look completely up and down, I decided to seek another Chiro where I had a better benchmark of the quality of approach to a spine and chiropractic practice. read more

Appointments are pretty flexible I've had to cancel multiple times without repercussion. I miss going here because I no longer live in downtown. I just have to say thank God for Dr. Kim Hyungsoon he has helped heal and improve my quality of life. I'm a very active person, and I suffer from pre-existing lower back issues, so injuries are prone to happen. I also have a very physically challenging job, so it's very hard to avoid constant pain flare-ups. I have been coming to this office and only seeing Dr. Kim specifically for a few years now. Whenever I am dealing with lower back pain or any other type of sports injury, Dr. Kim has made a dramatic impact on my recovery time. Dr. Kim is very receptive and listens to what is bothering me at the moment and takes it into account while formulating a treatment plan. I have to say that Dr. Kim is very gentle while doing any sort of adjustments or treatments on me. He's also very aware of how I'm feeling and constantly asks me if something feels uncomfortable. That really shows the quality if care and compassion that Dr. Kim has for his patients. I have been to other chiropractors, and they are always high strung on making everything crack with aggressive techniques. Dr. Kim has the most gentle hands ever and he forces anything to crack while manipulating your body. Spine Solution accepts my insurance, so it does help cut back on the cost per session. However, out of pocket, their prices are still pretty affordable compared to other chiropractors that I have been to. If you're looking for someone who knows what they're doing and has years of experience, Dr. Kim is the chiropractor for you. Like I said, God blessed this man because he has helped me recover from some pretty horrible injuries. You just have to trust the process and follow up with your sessions. This is just like acupuncture you can't expect one session to alleviate your pain. You also have to keep in mind that sometimes you will feel worse before you feel better. You have to remember to rest and take it easy after your sessions. Patients need to learn better self-care habits as well. The first time I came here I was in a complete panic, because my back and neck had been hurting for a couple weeks and I had just lost the ability to even turn my head -- I was DESPERATE for help. They were able to see me within an hour of my call and I spent about an hour there between the machines and the adjustment. I sobbed for like two hours after and was still in a lot of pain and thought I had wasted my time and money when I went to bed that night. But then I woke up the next morning and felt, I am not even joking, 100% better. I didn't even need to schedule another appointment. I have literally gone to chiropractors my whole life and that has never happened. I suffered from a herniated disc at my L5-S1 roughly a year ago. It was miserable. I could no longer drive or go to work since the pain from sitting in the car was too much. I had severe sciatica on my right side and it was driving me insane. I had many visits with my doctor and tried prescription pain killers, physical therapy, and finally they told me to get a steroid injection. Turns out from an MRI scan that my herniation was roughly 8mm, protruding out to my right side, impinging on my nerves. I knew there had to be another way out of this instead of having the injection. I tried what had temporarily worked before I had a disc herniation (when I was just dealing with the occasional sciatica) and that was Dr. Sarno's methods of psychologically getting rid of your pain. What worked in the past gave me some temporary relief but this time it felt different with an actual disc herniation. I could not de-stress or get rid my pain through psychological/emotional means. Throughout the months after the injury, I started to get better naturally. If the onset of the disc herniation was a pain level of 10 (1-10 scale) I was about a 7 roughly 5 months later. Unfortunately, it was also around this time that I had a relapse and I felt like I was back at a pain level of 10. This was so draining physically but also mentally. It felt like I could not live a normal life anymore. Finally, I heard about the Cox Technic which is a little known method used to help promote disc decompression. I found the Spine Solution Chiropractic through Yelp and decided to give it a shot. I tried everything else at this point and I desperately needed some relief. I've been working with Dr. Chung for roughly 6 months now and it has been eye opening. Through the Cox Technic, I have been able to drop my pain level from a 10 down to a 3. Dr. Chung used the tried and true method of Cox Technic and over time, the results have proven to be real. I'm so relieved that my pain has reduced this much. What may be even more of a relief is that I now know there's something I can do to relieve my pain that does not require drugs, injections, or physical therapy that does not work. If you're in pain from a herniated disc, I can guarantee you that Cox Technic will work to help manage your pain. It's been the only thing that has worked for me. Spine Solution Chiropractic really is a great team and i've been going since March 2018. Those of you that follow me know that I don't really like to write reviews about anything non-food related however, I think they deserve a review. I went in because I was having lower back pain from a injury that was over a decade ago. My back has since then been feeling A LOT better and now my target areas have since then changed due to the heavy work travel, and long hours behind the computer. I was very fortunate enough that Dr. Le has been able to slowly correct my injury and show me some stretches, and recommendations to change my day to day and help improve my overall body health. My appointment was at 6PM, and it was scheduled a few days earlier after speaking directly with chiropractor on the phone. On the day of my appointment, I get a call at 4PM saying that my appointment will be cancelled because the chiropractor decided to leave early for the day at 6PM. Absolutely unprofessional and total disregard to patient well-being. How do you just cancel a patient's appointment 2 hours before they are expected to be seen? This doesn't give me any time to look for alternative places. Absolute waste of time! Tip: Keep your promise of seeing patients at their scheduled appointment time. That should be the bare minimum for any profession, let alone a profession where you are seeing patients for pain... simply useless. read more

We came because of the amazing reviews and a referral and we live down the street but unfortunately not the case for us. Completely rude from the beginning told us they where on lunch and when we told them what we needed they looked at each other and told us we where clearly in the wrong place to try the second floor. We told them we where sent to spine solutions by a nice lady who works in the building down the street and he demanded to know the name and number of the lady who sent us because they hadn't received any call in a rude tone and said that they could maybe see us at 5pm and it would be $100. Didn't bother asking us any questions or where exactly my husband was hurting or how he could help us just kept repeating they where going to be on lunch for two hours. It's very Disappointing Hopefully this helps the next person who thinks about coming here. read more

I'd like to preface my review by saying I never write reviews, but I have to because this place is amazing. Most people were deterring me from seeing a chiropractor for my lower back pain. People kept telling me that chiropractic medicine wasn't real medicine. So, for the last few weeks, I've just dealt with my horrible power back pain. I couldn't bend down. It hurt to sleep. Eventually, I just made an appointment because I could barely get out of bed. The receptionist was very helpful and was able to get me in the very next day. And I am SOOOO glad she did. I was very skeptical at first but Dr. Lee is fantastic. He explained everything he was doing from the electrodes to his spinal manipulations. It was amazing and I feel so much better already. This was my 2nd visit with Spine Solutions, I found them on yelp with all the amazing reviews I had to give them a try. I must say I'm very pleased with there entire practice. From the receptionist to the doctors everyone has a great positive attitude. Now let's talk about the actual adjustments that Dr. Hur made on me: I woke up with severe pain near my back I could barely move my neck. I was fortunate enough to get an appointment in right before their lunch break. As soon as I walked in they put me on the machine once the machine was done, Dr. Hun asked exactly where the pain was I showed to him. Right away he went to work and within 15 mins I was feeling much better. I would recommend anyone to come visit Spine Solutions. Dr. Lee is fantastic. After just ONE session I feel insanely better! I still definitely have a ton of pain, but it was at a 9 before seeing Dr. Lee, and right now as I type this, it's at about a 6. At this rate, I feel I should be pain free within a month or so! It also helps that Angela at the front desk was an absolute pleasure of a human being to talk to while waiting. She answered all of my questions promptly, and helped me fill out the forms without being annoyed by me or anything. It was just an all around wonderful experience. A friend of mine recommended me to this place and I'm so glad she did. I street parked and shuffled my way to this clinic but I'm out now strutting back to my car. I was impressed how Dr. Hur knew my left was tense and limited in mobility with just a touch. When I woke up this morning in a great deal of pain the first thing I told my wife was that my left side felt like a 2x4 was stapled along the spine. The doc has some magic hands! Believe all the 5 stars this place has gotten! Both doctors are fluent in English and Korean so that is a huge plus. Also, they are all very friendly and easy to talk to. I've been going here for over 6 months. I originally went because my neck was in so much pain I couldn't even move my arms. The first session was of course super painful because I was already in pain. But once they were done, I was able to move my neck for the first time in 3 days. Then I just kept going back because as they were fixing my neck pain, for the first time in uncountable years, most of my back pain was also almost gone. I don't remember when my back didn't hurt and just going once a week for a few months helps my back so much I don't wake up in the middle of the night in back pain. read more
