Per my insurance company, it is on the same tab in Availity - Providers- TriWest; when you submit the referrals (as the provider). Only a referral was made and PT requires both. So now it still needs to be submitted but now they are saying my PCP needs to. This was the same way in east region (now west for Texas) so I don't know why this is like a new thing to them with authorizations. They worked me into rehab in the meantime which is nice; when I called they wouldn't do that without charging me per visit out of pocket. Overall good but that part was pretty disorganized to say the least. https://tricare.mil/referrals

I had read several…read morereviews before I decided which emergency room to go to and I chose here, and I am overall not happy with the care I received. I was unsteady and short of breath so I spoke with registration and they quickly had me come into triage. Right there the nurse and provider there did an EKG, blood pressure and spoke with me. They were very kind and I appreciate that. I was told to go back to the waiting room and that I would be seen shortly, I waited maybe about 5 minutes before a young lady very sweet came to get me for a chest X-ray. She was so sweet and it was so fast, and she told me they had a room for me. They also grabbed my husband he was already in the room waiting for me. That was all very fast. The room was very clean and had a tv and chairs. All of that was appreciated. My nurse and tech were also very sweet with getting me adjusted to the room and all set up with fluids, and hooking me up to machines, doing blood work and etc. What I have an issue with is the doctor. She came into the room and wouldn't even let me tell her my symptoms which I had written down since I had been unwell for awhile, she cut me off and said " well why are you here now" and why didn't you go to your PCP. I felt like saying I'm here for fun. Also I told her I just moved to Texas, also it's a Saturday who's going to see patients on the weekend? I told her I had been unwell for awhile and wanted some help and answers. She did all the work up and I appreciate that (that's her job) but she never not once looked at my ears, but proceeded after looking at my results with no obvious signs from the test results, saying I possibly have an imbalance that is caused by the ear. I wonder where she pulled that from if my ears were never even looked at. She acted as if I was bothering HER by coming into the ER for help. This is why I stay away from ER's because people like this make you feel unwelcome or that you're bothering them. I wouldn't come back here that's for sure. Also workers in the hall were swearing to each other, having a loud conversation, it was just very ghetto and unprofessional to say the least. Don't make patients feel like they're a burden- we don't enter the ER for fun.

I've never had any type of cosmetic surgery, so I was extremely nervous. Dr. Rumalla and his team quickly put my fears to rest. Every visit he was patient, attentive, and answered all of my "off the wall" questions. Lol I never felt rushed or disregarded, ever. The day of surgery (for my mommy makeover) the team at Harris Methodist all told me how blessed I was and that in Dr. Rumalla's care I could expect nothing less than greatness! Doc came in the morning of surgery, we chopped it up and I was instantly calm when he walked in the room. He came to see me when I woke up, and came BACK to the hospital that evening because he wanted to walk with me on my first post-op stroll...wow! I have many SX sisters and friends, none have reported having a surgeon like mine. A few already have plans to use him for their future procedures. I'm 4 weeks post-op, and my results still make me ask "is this my body"?! The world of cosmetic surgery can be scary, and it's still a very taboo topic in the African-American community. We often actively seek reviews from black people when selecting a PS. That's why leaving this detailed review was important to me. I want black/brown people to k ow that Dr. Rumalla is scar conscious, body shape and proportion aware...and very in-tune with our areas of concern. If you're a member of one of these groups, trust and believe...you're in great hands with Dr. Rumalla and his team! I'll update this review (if possible) at 16weeks post-op and include pictures. It feels great to be on the "flat side" post mommy makeover (MMO), reclaiming my body and my confidence! Thanks! #teamtarrantplastics #teamdrrumalla

His staff are organized, friendly and make you feel very comfortable! I also had a friend who used him as well and she said he is a miracle worker! After the procedure Dr.Rumalla went out of his way to contact me several times to see how I was doing. I see a lot of doctors and he is definitely one of a kind. Month later after my procedure I'm 100% happy with my results and beyond thrilled he covered my scar from my heart surgery which I was pretty insecure about. With the ortho follow up a full week later, it would be 3 weeks until I could learn if I needed surgery. All the while burning sick leave and vacation at work. So I called scheduling and tried to find an earlier date. The scheduler said they had a spot in Ft Worth today at 2:15. It was now 9:30 am, that office is at least a 2 hour drive, I said heck yeah sign me up! The scheduler said they would send me a text with the address and confirmation. I left just before noon....not wanting to be late and waste their time. BUT, i had not received the text. So I called the number while I was on my way 817-289-2002. Spoke to another very nice person. I let her know I had not received the confirmation text like they said I would, so I wanted to call and confirm the appointment and location....after all it was a 2 hour drive...... The scheduler was perplexed why I did not get the text but... joyously confirmed my appointment was good to go! She also let me know my part to pay was also $222. I said ok and kept driving. I arrived at 2:00 for the 2:15 appointment. Again, not wanting to waste anyone's time. I go into the office and let the clerk know Im there for my 2:15 appointment. I could tell she wasn't finding anything, so I added, its really at 2:30 but I came in early for the paperwork. The clerk said 'sir your appointment isn't for today because we have nobody here who can do it .' You had an appointment for the 27th and then the 21st, but it is not today. They know we don't have anyone here on Fridays to do the GAD.... She then says 'Are you sure you called the right place?' I showed her the number I called, and she looked perplexed....and said well thats our scheduling number.. I call the scheduler while Im standing there at the window. She once again confirms my appointment is for today..... but needs to check on things and puts me on hold. The phone rings right inside the window to the girls I was talking to...... Lots of Umhmmm, Umhmm....Uhmmm. Then girl number 2 says Did you call our scheduler.....I said yes Im on hold with here now......She then says OH she just called and asked us to reschedule you....... Can you come back monday????? What in the shit show is going on at this place? Talk about amateur hour. Nevermind I will have been driving 4-5 hours (Friday afternoon traffic leaving ft worth yay) I'm going elsewhere.......You guys can have it.

Dr. Burroughs took the time to talk with me, acknowledge my fears, and reassure me that if I followed the plan and procedures he laid out, I could be successful. I even told him, "Just don't turn me into a scarecrow," and he promised me he wouldn't. Choosing to go through with the surgery has honestly been one of the greatest decisions I have ever made. My blood pressure has gone down, I went from being pre-diabetic to not even being close to diabetic, and I no longer need my CPAP machine for sleep apnea. But what Dr. Burroughs gave me goes far beyond the numbers. He gave me back my health, my energy, my confidence, and a quality of life I did not even realize I was missing. I did not understand just how bad I had felt until I finally started feeling good again. I followed the program, trusted the process, and listened to Dr. Burroughs and his team.
