There were only two reviews on this place, and had I read them earlier, we probably wouldn't have gone here. Yet I'm glad we did. We were looking for a restaurant for a quick bite for supper and decided on this one as we were walking down that particular street. They were kind enough to tell us that it'd be a 20-minute wait if we wanted some of the items. We chose the shawarma dinner to share, for which it was just a few minutes to prepare. We were very glad we didn't both order something, as this was more than enough food for the two of us! The plate came out, piled high with shawarma meat, salads, hummus, and fries, as well as two warm pita bread pieces. The meat was maybe a little less seasoned than we usually get, but we just added some salt. Everything else had great flavor. The workers were very nice. We sat outside the restaurant and were able to people watch while we ate. It looked like they were getting steady business the whole time we were there, on a Sunday night. read more
