I prepaid am amount and was told that if I didn't use it, the remaining amount would be credited back to my card. When I got home and checked my receipts against my bank statement the overpayment was NOT credited. Called the place to inform them that their pump was not functioning properly and the man that answered the phone told me, very rudely, that this must be my fault, because it has never happened before, and it was my responsibility to check my balance on my phone right there and come back in if it did not show right away and get an altered receipt. Seriously? I have never had to do that before, ever. Tried calling Sinclair's corporate office number on the internet, and no one answers, or returns calls, so avoid this place. So in my opinion, this place steals money, and now is between them and God.

After the purchase, an elbow joint connected to the coolant blew up on me three days later, and they insisted it was not their fault. After a few days of yelling, I took matters in my own hand and replaced what busted by myself. The salesman lied multiple times while disputing the repairs, and hung up on me which prompted me to write this. I will never go back to this dealership, and I highly recommend no one else to either, or you will be putting more pocket cash into this buy than the actual value of the vehicle. Almost two months after purchasing a vehicle, I still am not able to license or drive it because of this place. I spent 11,000 on a van that isn't safe to drive on the road. It won't pass inspection and two mechanics have deemed it a total lose. Dealership won't return vehicle or compensate us for the Lemon they sold us. I can not find anyone that will repair this and the title and license isn't right so I can't license it either. The business will not work with me. This place is a scam! I'm suing and attempting to get our money back but I don't want other innocent people to fall for this shady business tactics.

They told us they could see us on Monday. We have a 2 Day drive to get home and needed to be to work by Monday. We were in a pinch.
