I gave them the model number, but it was not on sale when they researched it. I went home thinking it was an old ad, but when I looked it up it was still on sale. I e-mailed them a copy of the ad and printed off one to bring with me the next morning. The ad was supposed to be for a new store opening elsewhere, but it didn't state this. So they sold me the two Race Cars at the sale price and threw in batteries for my trouble and travel.

A little later he contacted me and said he got one for me! I almost fell over, 2 years of searching might be finally over. Chris gave me a pretty reasonable price for the record and I sent him a PayPal payment. The scary part was the waiting but Chris contacted me a couple of times to assure me I was getting the package and then he sent me a tracking number! What a stand up person! Great Store! Great owner! If I ever get up north I will definitely be stopping by. Thanks Again!

Beginning my experience at Moore's, everything appeared promising, the store had strong appeal and…read morethe initial customer service was great. Unfortunately, once their newly implemented systems came into play, the entire process took a severe downturn. The wedding party group setup, intended to ensure consistency and a stress‑free experience, instead became a source of repeated errors and wasted time. Moore's ultimately: Sold me an incorrect shirt colour, despite clear instructions and despite it being altered. Failed to include the vest in my group set during both the fitting and the purchase. Ignored multiple call‑back requests, leaving me to chase updates myself. Asked me to retrieve another groomsman's shirt to prove they had sold different items - after repeatedly insisting they should review order history to ensure the same SKU can be obtained for my size. Failure to disclose available credits on my account until I inquired why they were not being applied. These issues resulted in over six round trips to the store, hours spent trying to fix problems that were entirely theirs, and a subpar suit fit due to alterations made without proper vest considerations. What was supposed to cost around $700 escalated to nearly $1,000, not including fuel or time lost. To "remedy" the situation, I was offered a $50 credit, which doesn't even account for the shirt alteration charges that were never applied to the corrected shirt. In the end, the compensation amounted to roughly 3%, about $30, of the total cost, which doesn't come close to reflecting the inconvenience, the stress, or the repeated failures throughout this process.
