Established in 1994.
Started as a home based business in 1994, Donna initially emphasized service for home users. P.C. Medic has since expanded into a full service retail location with knowledgeable staff that can heal all of your computer ills.
Meet the Business Owner: Donna B.
My love of computers began at Bell Canada, where I was fortunate to be on the leading edge of technology. After 15 years with the company, I was caught in the downsizing bubble, and took this opportunity to go out on my own. With four young children to raise I decided to take control of my future. Onsite computer visits were unheard of back in 1994, so I filled this gap in the marketplace and P.C. Medic was born.
I am coming up to my 24th year now, and have gone from home based to store-front location, to employing a full service staff.
Networking is key, and I have devoted many hours to it, and customer service is my specialty. This has all been possible with the support of my husband and family... eight grandchildren later...P.C. Medic is still going strong!
