A lady called Nokie did the treatment and it was amazing. Again, I am super fussy and vain about my brows as they are really thick and strong. She is a perfectionist and a really nice person. As she did such a good job I asked her about getting a bikini wax as I had never done one before and she talked me through the whole thing. I booked in for the following week and she was so professional and brilliant. Obviously not the most painless experience but she is so great at talking you through it and minimizing any embarrassment you might feel. Super therapist in my opinion. Possibly a bit more expensive than other salons but standard price for the area. I will always use this salon as they are super good at what they do and very customer focused. With a value of £295 plus its location, It suggested that it really would be a 'good deal'. I almost missed this appointment as my voucher had expired but they were nice enough to let me use it anyway. I wish they would have just told me 'no'. Off I go to have lowlights as I had been growing my hair out for almost a year to get rid of the 'blond trap' I had been in for the past 13 years. My hair is a dark blond and for the first time I was actually seeing my natural colour. I told the colourist I wanted lowlights dragged through the remaining blond bits to get rid of the block colour. I told him I had been growing out, and that i only wanted a bit cut off as I AM GETTING MARRIED NEXT YEAR. The towel came off and what I had was hooker locks. My nice healthy natural colour was now a bright bleached blond... and I knew it was only going to get worse when it was dried. The guy who cut and was drying my hair knew I was hacked off so got the colourist over.. he then tried to fix it by going darker.. WAY darker. It was a shock but it was better than the first option. It was far from good but whatever- it will eventually fade and grow out, right?!! That was a week and half ago- and fade it did. Fade to a dark algea colour green. I have now made an appointment with a top stylist in London who will have to chop all the green out (about 6 inches). My ideas for bridal hair now have to be reconsidered as I will be rockin' a short bob. I cant tell you how farked off i am. The stylist didnt listen, didnt apologise, and their seemed to be NO acknowledgement what so ever of the fact they farked up. i am sure there are some good ones there, but ladies- if you get the Korean guy- RUN....
