Writing this review took me a lot longer than expected, not because there was a lack of words, but rather so much to share about the life changing experience I had working with Shaun Alston (Eagle Realty) and Dave Bernatchy (Landmark Mortgage). If I could give them a 10 stars out of 5 stars, I would. As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I couldn't have asked for a better team. They were so patient with us, every step of the way. Redemptive... Shaun Alston and his team is one of a kind. His services was always in the front line for us. Let just say he became us and put himself in our shoes. I haven't even started and have already run out of superlatives to describe Shaun Alston's proficiency in what he does best...WOW his customer by getting the best results possible and within budget!! Let's start with his experience. Shaun's experience as a former builder equipped him to isolate flaws in the design of properties I was "initially" interested in; for example a property which looked fine aesthetically but design-wise created an unavoidable noise and potential odor problem that wasn't easily reconcilable unless the entire garage was relocated (not something most laypersons would pay much attention to until after-the-fact). Shaun's experience as a skilled negotiator saved many anxious moments when the Purchase Contract hung in the balance due to foot dragging by third parties and unexpected and unforeseen delays. During these moments Shaun was able to negotiate "time-sensitive" extensions which prevented the deal from falling apart.
