I even bought a knife sharpener where you drag the blade through the metal cross. Nothing! I thought well I'll just buy a wet stone and make a new edge. I looked up videos and was like yeah right there's no way I'm gonna be able to find the time to get it how I want. I really thought it might be a long shot to find someone that would sharpen the set. Sure enough I found P.J. and man he did a great job. He's a craftsman a perfectionist and has a passion for sharpening. He was able to pick up the knives and bring them to me when he was done. It only took a day. He said the blades never had an edge on them. In fact he says he's noticed a lot of sets don't come sharp anymore. All the more reason to call him if you're tired of your eyes watering when cutting an onion. I no longer have that problem. I chop through an onion with ease.
