I am in New Jersey. I spent HOURS calling my local stores and searching the internet for Large Gold Lieutenant Bars w/ Safety Pin (as opposed to the regular post and clasp) for my Honor Guard uniform. Apparently, this is an uncommon item. I posted a request for Ideas on Facebook and one of my friends suggested Sharpstuff USA. I called them and spoke to a gentleman that was absolutely AWESOME. He had sold out of the item, but spent a good ten minutes on the phone with me. He provided me with the item number and put me in contact with the supplier that he orders the item from. I contacted the supplier and there are now two sets of bars on their way to me. The gentleman even followed up with me later in the evening to check and see if he could help me further. Now, Florida is a long way from me but I know where to go next time that I need a not-so-common item. The level of service and assistance (especially for someone that they couldn't make a sale to) was stellar. I can't recommend this place enough. Great Job! read more

A really excellent A/N/AF/M/CG [Army / Navy / Air Force / Marine / Coast Guard] "surplus" store -…read morewhich is to say that in addition to "experienced" gear they also keep an EXCELLENT selection of new [greenhorn?] items currently, recently or previously used by various armed forces / first responders and the elite proletarian guard [police types]... notably a good selection of Red Rock bags and a SUPER selection of Real Live Genuine Made In USA 550 Paracord for all your cording and tie things up, down, etc. needs... The helpers are quite nice, well informed, helpful and polite + hours are reasonable enough to accommodate the majority of schedules. Prices seem quite reasonable from what I saw - although I only went in for a single item [BDU desert weight pants - YAY! cargo pants from Mars] and these were less than paid for same / similar item at BOTH other surplus establishments OR online resources. They also have a genuine dog tag maker machine with a good selection of blanks, though if you have your heart set on a pair or three of these EXCELLENT identification items - call first to make sure an operator for this cool machine will be around. BONUS: this store is located in a REALLY cool [read: non-white] part of Pcola with some excellent dining options [YAY! Oscar's the Hot Cake King!!!] and several funky groovy thrift stores - where you can part with some of the moneys you saved at Brownsville... FULL DISCLOSURE: I am a fan of all things military & surplus and survival / camping / Zombie Apocalypse and generally find these types of stores cool Cool COOL; some being better than others and Brownsville being one of the better ones I've been through / found / visited. Moi favorite fruit is Mandarins. I love Mandarins & Bailey's had a miniature one that I purchased in 2023 that I planted in a very large pot. It's doing so fabulous & produced its first harvest of fresh organic Mandarins just in time for our Thanksgiving holiday. The Organic Mandarins from the miniature tree aren't mini at all, they are yuge, super acidic & super juicy tasting. The best Mandarins I have ever had, and I grew them myself. I also made all my own homemade organic fertilizer for them out of kitchen scraps, banana peels & egg shells etc., they are truly delicious. OuiOui :)... All the plants I have purchased from Baileys are doing great, however, the Miniature Mandarin Tree is the show stopper. If you love Mandarins, I highly recommend the Miniature Mandarin Tree. OuiOui. Bailey's has tripled in size since I first started shopping there. Now, there are two more lots with tons of Christmas trees & tons more plants. The produce section has also grown to triple in size & they are now carrying tons more inventory, gourmet goods, culinary utensils & cookware etc., LOVE the specialty items. I'm so excited to see what Bailey's develops with the new additional, outbuildings & extra lots with extra parking. It looks so beautiful as Bailey's has always done a great job with the Nursery & nursery plants. Thank you so much to Bailey's for carrying all the fresh local Florida produce, gourmet goods, local herbs, local foods, "Food forest" landscaping & the most fabulous fruit trees. Moi beloved Minature mandarine tree just produced its first harvest just in time for our Thanksgiving Holiday! Orange you the best! A great selection of surf shirts, shorts, hats, etc. We liked a couple of Crop Tshirts and was pleased to see they were on sale. They also offer a Military Discount with an ID. Annoying because the jewelry people there can't even adjust the watch for you, you have to go to…read morethe Watch Repair Shop next to them to have it adjusted but the only time I had freedom outside of class is on the weekends and the watch store is not open on the weekends, annoying and the workers were rude to me. Why can't they get a watch adjuster at the NEX? So frustrating, don't buy any watches there they suck. Everything else was okay. NEX if you are reading this please buy a watch adjuster and have it at the store. Please, I don't want to rely on another store to have something simple be so inconvenient.
