Good stuff. Al is a legit and honest guy. Place is cash only and the only tailor (and employee to…read moremy knowledge) is Al Harris himself. He takes pride in his work and his price seems decent (cash only). Turn around was good for me. And it took me 2 times going back to get my jacket perfect, but he said he wants to see his customers happy and if it takes him a few times to keep altering it, then so be it. Regarding this, it wasn't as though he didn't do the job correct in the first place, but I had wanted side pockets cut into a coat and initially figured a longer cut would be okay, and them after trying it out, realized I needed/wanted a much smaller pocket. Definitely will use Mr Harris again in te future.

Let me go ahead and say upfront that if you want high-quality alterations for a very good price, go…read moreto Faith N' Moore's Alterations! Seriously, you will not be disappointed. I wanted to get alterations for a gown I bought online. I only needed the dress hemmed a few inches because it fit perfectly everywhere else. I was in David's Bridal and I asked about alterations. I was not feeling their price or turn around time. A few doors down from David's Bridal, I noticed a new place had opened. I searched for them on Yelp and I found 2 reviews. The two reviews were good so I decided to give them a try. I figured they had to at least be decent if they were a few doors down from David's Bridal. I called them and asked if I could come by and they said of course! When I got there, I was immediately greeted. The ladies were so friendly and I could tell they knew what they were doing. They even gave me suggestions on where to get some shoes because they ones I intended to wear with the dress were glittery, which was sticking to my dress. I dropped my dress off a Friday and it was ready by Wednesday. Not only do they do great work...they do it quickly! I will definitely be using them again!
