And I asked him for advice on how to tune my cello, he said there is none, no technics, just do it. I will never go back to this stinky store and super bad customer service ever again. I all but gave up on the thing until my friends told me about Cranky's. For a very reasonable fee, Greg worked on the frets, tremolo, tuning heads, saddles, and gave it a thorough cleaning.
