I'll add more pictures. Truly, I'm so happy with the end result. It took 4 days of construction and one day for delivery of items. They did forget to order the shelves for the Elfa portion of our order so that is why the garage is not done yet. I also ordered and paid for jewelry storage that came in the wrong size so that is something that was delayed. We original had some work for our laundry room but they would have had to move our washer and dryer and that would have been too troublesome. Overall, I liked the result. I love all the organization especially to my main closet.

Walking into the container store today makes me sad and angry. As a customer for at least the last…read more20 years, I've always been impressed by the leadership at the corporate level- where I had a few friends work in Dallas-,as well as as the professionalism in the store throughout the years. Whoever the CEO is should be fired immediately. The Board of Directors, if there is one, should be ashamed of their negligence and they should also all be fired. This store, in one of the richest communities in the United States in the middle of one of the nicest shopping centers, looks like a dollar tree store. I just overheard one customer asking a sales associate associates "are you going out of business or something" I do believe the store is in bankruptcy, I am not sure but yes, it definitely reads that way. The associates are taxed tired, they seem on the verge of tears. There is shit everywhere! There's a big dump of hideous Halloween merchandise on top of heavily marked down dorm merchandise, surrounded by boxes and boxes and boxes of shoe storage (and I mean 50 to 100 boxes of shoe storage sitting in the middle of the store). This yelp review actually is not on this store manager. I've been in retail long enough to know that everything trickles down. This is a the result of a complete lack of leadership and I am just sorry for everyone who works here. And if you are ever reading this, any of you executives in Dallas, wake up! Open your eyes! The amount of money being spent in this community on new construction, remodeling, closet, organizing, stylists.... It's INSANE! Next time you're in town, go to the Wilkes Bashford and watch the women shop and imagine to yourselves... "what are they doing for their closets at home?" You people REALLY need to get with the program.

Mary Lou makes the process really personalized, easy to do, and delightful. She helps match the colors not only to your skin tone, hair, and eye color, but also to things like the way you like to show up in life, and personal goals you have. We enjoyed the color sessions so much that we invited Mary Lou to come to our homes to do closet consultations. I was delighted to find that many of my clothes were the correct color, and she showed me sophisticated ways to put them together into outfits I hadn't considered before. She also knew so many easy tips, like about arm length and the right position for jewelry, which have made even outfits I already use much more attractive. I really can't recommend enough how great a gift it is to get a color session. Give the gift to yourself or a friend. Mary Lou is very down to earth and makes it a really easy step-by-step process.

From the initial consultation, I knew that he would challenge me to meet my goals of learning more about my style. Through this process, I learned to choose clothes that would complement my body type, expanded my wardrobe so that it was functional for both work and personal, and had fun during the process. I have received so many compliments on the new pieces that I added. And throughout the whole process, I felt supported and now feel more confident in choosing outfits that match my style. Would definitely recommend chatting with him if you are considering this process!

I had tried multiple brands that offer monthly styling boxes, but I didn't like the styles or quality each time. Paul came in and audited my wardrobe and got to know my preferences and clothing needs, then he used his extensive knowledge and did extra research to find me brands and items that he felt I would love... and I did love them! I was thrilled to find eco-conscious brands that fit my petite frame (very hard to find my size), and Paul solved so many of my clothing issues with insightful suggestions on how to wear specific pieces in a more stylish manner. Also, he made sure my current pieces matched well with any new items, especially since I wanted to keep everything in rotation. My experience was beyond my expectations because Paul is deeply knowledgeable, friendly and approachable, and because I felt he really LISTENED to what I wanted while gently nudging me to expand/improve my style. I look forward to working with him again in the late spring so I can refresh my summer wardrobe!

Wedding dress shopping is a very vulnerable experience. It's your self esteem on full display and…read moreyour experience is very dependent on the stylist. Unfortunately for me, I did not get the experience I was hoping for and did not feel like my stylist was able to interpret my vision. This was my 4th time trying on dresses. I previously went to Kleinfeld NYC, Anthropologie Palo Alto, and Kinsley Couture Walnut Creek. I had wonderful experiences at my previous appointments. I decided to come here because one of my friends had recommended them. My budget was $5k so I had a flexible price range. My stylist didn't really explain to me their process at this store so I was a bit confused. I knew it was a one hour time limit and the estimated dresses to try on was 5, but I didn't know it was a hard limit. She ended my appt early at 45 minutes. Had I known I could only try on 5 dresses exactly, it would have been nice if she was transparent about that so I could at least maybe select the dresses I gravitated toward out of her selection. I felt like I was giving feedback after each dress, but kept getting another variation of what I didn't like. The first dress I tried was probably the best out of 5, but from there we kept getting further and further away from what I wanted. There were some dresses I put on and wasn't comfortable to walk out on the podium, but she never asked me if I wanted to show my guests or not. She would just immediately open the curtains and I just felt very exposed and not handled with care. It just didn't feel like a hospitable environment for me or my 3 guests. We were never even offered water. I'm hoping my experience was an outlier and I wish all the brides coming here success in their bridal journey.

I am in LOVE with both my dress and the experience I had at Bo Lee!!…read more I was recommended Bo Lee by a friend who knew of them when they were located in Sunnyvale; they're now located in Campbell. Parking is super easy; for my Sunday 3:00 PM appointment, the street parking spots were empty and the nearby parking garage had tons of space. Entrance is a little bit of a hole-in-the-wall, but they put a sign above their entrance, and directions are easy to follow to their front door (store is located on the second floor). My absolute love of this place includes: - the space is huge!! I had a dual fitting with my friend, but we weren't bumping into each other or in each other's pictures or anything at all. I saw that there was another person doing a fitting, but she was practically on the other side of the building, so we weren't encroaching in each other's space. - the dual fitting was a special request, and Jackie made sure to put us in rooms next to each other, which made the process that much more seamless - kitchen: one of my girls set up camp and poured us our teas, mimosas, and champagne in the Bo Lee kitchen. Also a beautiful space! - natural lighting: big and tall windows plus second floor venue equals viewing yourself in true colors instead of only bulb-lighting. The dresses I tried on were beautiful, but in the natural light, I could see how dynamic they were as well! Subtle sparkles, sheer tulle... it all came out differently in the natural light. - stylist chooses the dresses based on conversations and preference. Jackie, my stylist, knew the entire inventory. I just described what I thought I wanted, and she delivered!! I was relieved that I didn't have to go through dress after dress on the floor and hum and haw about whether I wanted to try it on or not. (Some people might not like this, but I feel like I had a curated try-on collection from an expert who saw the bigger picture.) - I also love how Jackie had me try on a dress I didn't think was the style I wanted, and she dotted her Is and crossed her Ts so I could for sure say with confidence that that particular dress style was a "no" from me. - both Jackie and Bo Lee took my measurements to make sure there wasn't an error, and it's the little things like that that make you feel confident in choosing them as your bridal boutique. I'm happy, I saw and tried on so many styles, and I had such a fun time! I also went under-budget for what I wanted for my dress, which is a win!

Marina at Le Caprice is a lifesaver!…read more I ordered a Vivienne Westwood gown from a very popular bridal shop. When I tried it on during pickup, I knew something was off. It took 3 stylists just to hook the dress together before it could be zipped up. I had not gained any weight since ordering, and the dress felt like it had been ordered a size too small. The stylist who was helping me put on the dress kept reassuring me that the gown had a hard corset, and because it was strapless, it was meant to fit that tightly. Well before my actual wedding, I had my courthouse ceremony... I needed a lot of help to get the dress hooked on, and when it came time to drive to the courthouse, I couldn't even sit up. I had to lean the car seat all the way back in order to make it to the courthouse. The entire afternoon I was so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to drink water. After that experience, I brought my dress to Marina at Le Caprice. She took one look at my back and didn't even bother zipping me up. She assured me that my dress was too small, that it was not just in my head, and offered to remove the zipper and replace it with a corset back! I was nervous because I really loved the top part of my dress and how snatched it made my waist look, but when I received my dress it still looked just as perfect! Not only that, but I was completely comfortable in it when I was sitting and eating at my reception (: Marina was able to complete the alterations super fast at a fair price and I think the corset was elegantly executed. I highly recommend coming to Le Caprice!
