I scheduled my appointment through the ClassPass app. I scheduled an appointment for a blowout with the Olaplex treatment. I have been using Olaplex for a few years now, and I like their products. I parked in the back of the building with many warning signs about towing. I walked into the salon about 5 minutes before my appointment. I was seated for a couple of minutes before the stylist came to get me. My hair was shampooed, treated with the Olaplex treatment and conditioned. My hair was then blow dried and styled. Sadly, when I washed my hair , I noticed my hair texture was compromised. I've washed my hair three times since, and my hair still has a smell of chemicals. The stylist did a good job,

I had even provided photos of my daughter's hair in advance, so there was no surprise or misunderstanding. Further, the "master" stylist was very rude and accusatory when he approached me about retroactively charging us. Mind you he was the one I showed the pictures to, as well as the one who submitted the payment slips to the young women at the front desk. Changing prices after the fact is unfair and unacceptable. It also raises serious concerns about discriminatory pricing practices. Customers deserve transparency and honesty, not hidden or after-the-fact charges.
