I retired from my job as A TA working with special needs children and we moved to Matthews. My husband became very ill and I was his main caretaker. I had to go with a different salon because of not being able to leave my husband for very long. It's been years since I've been back to Jack Rabbit My husband passed away this May. I have since returned to Jack Rabbit Salon Bobby unfortunately is not taking new clients so they referred me to Kasey. She did a fantastic job on my hair. Had a really really bad experience while my best friend was getting her hair done for her wedding…read more Stylist Coree, out of nowhere, nobody discussing anything political, would NOT stop talking about how much she loves Donald Trump, saying things like 'he's my baby's daddy' and 'he's my man crush every day' even after we made clear that NONE of us in the party has any respect for him, especially since my friend is marrying a Mexican immigrant. If anything she was only more aggressive about it after we said we disagree with her. Furthermore, she actually said to the bride 'oh wow you actually look much older than your sister' who she already knows is years older than her. She said this to a bride on her wedding day. She did an okay job on the hair but something that was supposed to be fun was made really uncomfortable for all of us. I actually had to go wait in the car after she said some more questionable things about 'kinky hair' because I was having a hard time keeping my temper. I will never ever go back here and will warn as many of my friends as I can.

My hair had become so shaggy I was nearly mistaken for a wild dog roaming the neighborhood. Since their motto is, "We make great hair days," I dialed Halo to come to my rescue before someone called animal control. The next day a slot opened and 1-2-3 I was there in a jiffy to have Casey Parker, the owner, wrangle my locks back into shape. We chatted about my style, preferences, things to pay attention to and avoid, and other tricks to make me pretty. Along the way we discussed marketing, entrepreneurism, planning, and management among other topics I love. Before I knew it the old dog in the mirror became the handsome prince I've always imagined. What a good decision to let Halo give it a go--they made a great hair day for me! While I cannot guarantee your outcome, mine was a 5-star experience. Looking for a new dew for your mane?
