Then they had little pedis and toasted with some pink lemonade in a champagne flute. After that, they got their makeup done (eye shadow, shimmery cheek highlights, a jeweled face sticker and lip stick). Then they had their nails done. After that, they took some pictures in a big fancy chair and got a cupcake. This isn't high quality polish or makeup. This is just for fun and perfect for little girls. This is such a cute concept catered to little girls! The atmosphere is a perfect mix of glam and kid friendly! The girls had a great time and my 10yo even said this was every little girls' dream and as a mom and aunt, I loved watching the girls experience this fun day! Asia - you're awesome! I alerted his stylists, Asia, about this and she said that they would work around it and not to worry.... But there was no issue. I'm not sure if it was the combination of him being able to sit in an airplane watching Pokémon, or Asia just being wonderful with him, or both! He loved getting his hair cut. I finally get seated and she says she only has one bottle of dye so I'm thinking well how is this going to work? she starts sectioning my hair for the highlights I wanted and sent her pictures of and she didn't even have foils for them!! by the time she gets done dying all of my hair I still have yet to see anything, she starts drying my hair and she kept holding the dryer WAYY to close to my head and burning me, and she kept yanking my hair out when it was obviously tangled, THEN she fries my hair some more with the flat iron. when she's done she FINALLY lets me see my hair after the entire appointment! and it's HORRIBLE!!! absolutely NOTHING like what I asked for and I told her I don't like it and I don't like that my WHOLE head is covered in YELLOW NASTY highlight!! then she tells me she can tone them down a bit but she doesn't have more dye so she can't fix it! and while she has me sitting waiting for the toner or whatever she did to sit so I don't have yellow hair she packs up her bags like she's ready to go when my hair is a fucking mess!!!!!! I ended up just leaving with my hair soaking wet and I just paid and left! I asked her about an hour later if she could refund atleast half and she told me no she uses product, I have to go make another appointment to fix my fucking hair since she doesn't know how to dye fucking hair!!! this is horrible and unacceptable and I will be telling everyone I meet DO NOT COME HERE. unless you want some botched ass hair don't come to this salon!
