I was told that if the sticker was removed, my membership would have to be canceled. I suggested several alternatives, including scanning the QR code in the Mister Car Wash app, manually looking up my account, or using my license plate. All were rejected by the manager. What surprised me most is that Mister Car Wash would rather lose a top-tier paying member than scan a QR code that already exists in its own app. The employees were polite, but this is a baffling customer service policy. Customers should be allowed to use the app they already carry in their pocket instead of being required to display a branded sticker on their vehicle. If you're considering a membership, be aware that keeping a branded windshield sticker appears to be mandatory.
