Excellent breakfast burritos with perfect portions. I had the bacon burrito filled with crunchy tots, fluffy eggs and perfectly crisped bacon drizzled with a hint of sweetness. My husband had the Baja burrito and loved the heat of the chipotle shredded beef that gave it a little shark bite Superb customer service, checking in with customers on needs and even stayed open when a family that just arrived from Korea showed up at closing time. A food truck with rave reviews. Who knew? Its only open from 6 a.m. - 11a.m. so get there for breakfast as soon as you can. Its a little weird how you get to their parking spot. You pull into a Dewey Destins Seafood Restaurant parking then turn right on a side road and it's on the left. I posted a photo of their menu with prices. Ahhhhhmazing! My favorite place to stop for a breakfast burrito, especially on my way to the beach. I typically call my order in as I am leaving, they let me know what they wait looks like even before I place my order, so I can decide if that is okay. The reason for the wait is honestly how amazing the food is. I hate leaving a good review because it means more people will go there :) On days I know it will be a bit busier, I just call my order in a little earlier. Or go place your order and sit out on the shore. They have places to sit behind their spot. I love purchasing something from a local establishment and getting something that is not produced or does not come from plastic bag. I have yet to be disappointed. The people that work there are so friendly and personable. Honestly, just excellent service. We take all of our friends/family that visit to Shark Bite when they come to town. The wait was about 25 mins for food because the kitchen was fulfilling phone orders. The staff and owner were very kind and let us know about the wait when we ordered. The food was delicious and big. We had the Big Bacon and the Don Hula. We cut in 3 pieces and had plenty to share. The Don was my favorite, subtle sweet smokiness from the spam was on point.
