She told me my balance for today, I handed her my Visa card she processes it then proceeds to tell me I have a balance from a previous visit. I told her I was going back and forth with my insurance and I would send a payment, she told me that hasn't nothing to do with them and that's between me and the insurance all while she still has my Visa card in her hand. She then proceeds to tell me they like to keep a card on file and asked if I would be Ok making a copy of it and I clearly told her no give me my card back. She goes to hand it to me then pulls it back and stands up to go and speak to the manager with my card in her hand. When she finally brings my card back I told her that was very inappropriate and don't try to hold my card hostage and she just threw her hand up and walked away.

As far as I know, he doesn't have a website. I've only gone for cleanings but have been generally happy with their work. My hygienist usually has the TV on (news) so you can at least listen to something other than your teeth cleaning. Would recommend fixing the old ceiling tiles in the exam rooms. Nobody wants to look at that while they are getting their teeth fixed.

His front office staff is friendly and helpful which is so important. I had a slight emergency and they got me in as soon as possible. The only constructive criticism I have is that When i called for that issue over the weekend there was no answering service. I'm not sure if that's a standard or not but I was able to email them as well. They called me first thing Monday morning. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice to change to this dentist. I'd definitely recommend him.

It didn't go well, in fact we were kicked out. My son's pediatric dentist recommended Dr. Espinoza and said he would be able to do the root canal and the bonding of his tooth. Dr. Espinoza met with us for a consultation and my son felt immediately comfortable with him. Dr. Espinoza was extremely patient, comforting, and answered all of my son's questions! He was able to get the procedure done and my son said he would go back to him again! They even let me stay in the room to comfort my son as they did the procedure. His tooth looks amazing!
