Got their milk tea and their golden retriever special milk tea. Both very good. Drinks came out fast . Great customer service. I love that they have little microphone at the order window so we could hear each other when placing order especially now that we have to wear mask, it can be difficult to hear what we are saying. I love trying all the new boba places in the valley. I was really excited about sharetea because my friend had told me that they were well known in the San Gabriel area. I didn't realize the share tea was actually at the Northridge mall. So it's either super busy at share tea or super empty based on how busy the mall is. Just based on personal preference I really like that they actually serve tea and you can really taste the brew. And I know they are more known for their fruity flavors so I have to come back to try that! The issue I had was 1. They do not offer espresso or coffee flavors which I understand is not classic boba. But personally, the option to have coffee or espresso with milk tea can be found in most boba places in the sfv so it was kind of disappointing. 2. More so my issue is that the boba was not really good. The boba was really plain, and not flavorful or even sweet. Therefore my entire issue is really the boba itself. Ultimately, if you love tea, definitely come to sharetea. read more

About time we got some good stuff in the Valley!! Most authentic boba tea shop here in the Valley for sure. Everything here is how authentic boba drinks should taste. Okinawa milk tea and just classic milk tea are my favorites here. Execution of the basics is key and they get an A+ for that. We come here almost every weekend. My favorite one is Okinawa milk tea 100% with ice! It's better than the boba tea from "It's boba time"!!! The selection is very big so this would be a great spot for groups. This was actually the first boba spot I went to that there was more boba than drink so that was a pleasant surprise. We ordered mango mojito and matcha ice blended with ice cream. Mango mojito is so bitter!! They put a lot of lime slices, and I can't even taste the mango flavor. For the matcha ice blended with ice cream- you cant even taste the matcha flavor as well. Maybe not coming back again :( read more

Updating my previous review to 5 stars because they deserve it. Their quality and consistency have improved tremendously since. My go-to drink is the Golden Retriever (it comes with 5 different toppings!). The line is usually long but the staff do a great job at providing the drinks in a timely manner. I've never encountered a negative customer service experience here. I always recommend this place to my family and friends. Sharetea is probably the best boba spot in the valley! read more

I first came to this spot during their soft opening and have been coming here ever since! I can confidently say that they have the best boba in the valley (better than bonbon in my opinion) and the workers are always attentive to the customers needs, willing to do whatever they can. My personal favorite here in the Milk tea section is the classic pearl milk tea with oolong tea base, i dont like it too sweet so i love that sharetea allows you to modify both sweetness and ice (i would usually get 30% without pearls and 0% with pearls). The environment here is very good with really good music always playing and i am very appreciative of the staff for working during this time. I 100% recommend, bring your friends ! read more

Love this place! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and I appreciate all the ways you can modify your drink (sweetness level, ice, toppings, etc.). I personally don't like it when my drink is too sweet, so I usually order with 80% or 50% sweetness. The boba pearls are amazing, and the prices are fair. The drinks at Sharetea are phenomenal. We have been to chain boba places before and the taste can be drastically different from a descent one. Sharetea is a chain but you would think that this is a mom-and-pop establishment. The quality of the drinks were amazing. The coffee milk tea was as the title says, coffee and milk tea. What made this drink exceptional was the coffee. I wish I had this coffee at home because it was incredibly smooth and had the perfect strength. I went with regular sweetness and that was adequate. The QQ Happy Milk Tea was...interesting. It has a collision of flavors and toppings and can be distracting and take away from the quality of Sharetea. If you want to something new and sophisticated, order that but also keep your expectations low. I would recommend you don't order that drink if it's your first visit. We have been to Sharetea Northridge before and knew the drinks were going to be great so we won't be too harsh on the drink.
