I was put on a "waiting list" for any of the doctors. I called every month for 4 months and was told I'm still on the list. I never heard back from the office. Fast forward a year, I called this February to try and schedule an appointment for August and to establish a primary. I was told that all of the doctors are taking new patients that are family and friends of people who are already patients and to go find another doctor in the neighborhood!! I couldn't believe it, so I nicely asked to speak to the office manager, and the receptionist told me that the office manager would tell me the same thing. I found this to be very unprofessional!!

They called me one hour before my physical to let me know they are going to have to reschedule because they never confirm my insurance. They seem very unprofessional, when you call the phone, nobody answers other than a machine says can't pick up the phone right now. I would not recommend this practice, they seem disoriented
